This past week during my Online Paper Crafting Class on Facebook, I shared how to add divided areas to our Acetate Card Boxes to make a 3-sectioned gift box that shows off the goodies and treats inside. There is a bit of math involved, but I shared my measurements and gave tips to make it duplicatable. I featured new Spring Catalog products, too!… From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper, Heart Doilies, Heart Punch Pack, From My Heart Faceted Gems, Peaceful Moments Stamp Set, and Real Red 3/8” Double-Stitched Satin Ribbon.
I uploaded the recorded version of my Facebook Live video to my YouTube channel (since I know not everyone is ON Facebook). And then I was able to share it here in my blog post. Be sure to watch the video (you can just click on this image below if you are already on my blog), scroll through the close-up photos, check out the products list below the photos, and then let me know if you have any questions.
I hope you enjoyed what I shared in this video. Below are measurements, close-up photos, and a product list for my project that I demonstrated.
Products I used… See below for a complete list of products linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Measurements…
From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper (available January 3, 2020)
6-7/8” x 4-7/8” scored on two long sides and one short side at 9/16” and 1-1/8”
5-3/8” x 4” scored on all sides at 9/16” and 1-1/8”
Whisper White Cardstock
Scrap for stamping and punching heart
Flirty Flamingo Cardstock
Scrap for punching scalloped heart
Basic Black Scalloped Edge Ribbon (retiring at 20% off)
16”
Here’s the box that I demonstrate from start to finish. Well…ALMOST to the finish. I actually forgot the last embellishments.
I added the last embellishments…those faceted gems with Glue Dots after I stopped recording though.
This is a fun candy cane/snowman version of the gift box made with the Let It Snow Designer Paper which sold out about a day after the Year-End Closeouts were announced this past Tuesday morning.
And here are the original boxes I made back in late October/early November. I used the Nobel Peacock Designer Paper and enclosed coordinating personalized M&Ms and personalized bone folders etched by Tamra Davis at Ta-Da Moments. These were the gifts I gave to my team members that attended the November 2019 OnStage locations in Las Vegas, Portland, Lansing, Atlanta and Hartford.
Here are six members of my Stampers With ART group who were hanging out with me one evening in Portland. I’m so happy they loved their gifts!
In fact many have told me they won’t be eating their M&Ms. LOL
I hope you enjoyed what I had to share.
Thanks for visiting!

I’m excited to share with you these fabulous creations from Ashley Kuphal, our November 2019 Stampers With ART Showcase Stamper. Ashley was chosen to be this past month’s Showcase Stamper because I love what she creates and I love her passion for sharing.
So I gifted her the following products so she could in turn create and share for us!… the Cup of Christmas Stamp Set and the Cup of Cheer Dies. (These can be purchased together in a bundle at a 10% discount.) These items are on the list of retiring products (the Year-End Closeout List) and are available while supplies last. By the way, things are selling out quickly. The Brightly Gleaming Designer Paper Ashley used to create five of these projects is gone already. But thankfully this beautiful paper has been promised to return next fall.

My dad’s surgery went well! Two discs between vertebrae in his neck area were removed and replaced with titanium. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. He left the hospital and made it to our house around 1:30 PM on Thanksgiving Day…just in time for the meal that my husband and boys helped me prepare. We included a bunch of soft food (slices of cranberry log, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie). But despite the tenderness and swelling, he was able to eat more than that (bits of turkey, buttered rolls, stuffing, and sweet potato). We are all very grateful for the successful surgery. Dad is in good spirits, has lots of energy, and is strong and well.

#APaperPumpkinThing
Welcome to our monthly “A Paper Pumpkin Thing” blog hop! See what I have to share. Then check out all the other blogs in the hop to see additional creative alternate paper crafting project ideas that we each came up with using the contents of the November 2019 Winter Gifts Paper Pumpkin kit. To follow the hop and see other creative project ideas, simply scroll down and click on the names of other hop participants.
Here is a photo of the intended projects from this month’s kit: 24 holiday-themed gift tags of 4 various sizes and designs.
I’ve already shared a few other alternate projects using the contents of this kit on November 23rd.
Today I have for you three projects: a fun fold card (two versions) and a wine bottle tag.
When I opened my kit, I had no plan for what I wanted to make for my blog hop projects this month. But I knew I wanted to use just the left over pieces from the kit (the pieces that would remain if I had assembled all 24 tags as instructed). Those included the three Poppy Parade birds, the three Poppy Parade circles, the 3 small snowflakes, and the two white rectangle labels. I focused just on those pieces while I moved them around on my craft table and used my imagination. This was the first card I came up with just using the bird, circle and snowflake.
Products I used… See below for a complete list of extra products I used linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Measurements…
Garden Green Cardstock
4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″
4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ scrap for die-cutting foliage
Basic Black Cardstock
4-1/4″ x 2-1/4″
Whisper White Cardstock
4-1/4″ x 2-1/4″
Silver Twine (from the kit)
17″
Directions…
Die-cut the foliage from the 4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ scrap of Garden Green and cut into two pieces. Score the Garden Green cardstock parallel to the short side at 4-1/4″, but do not score all the way across the paper. Instead put two score marks near the outside edges to indicate the middle.
Place the 2-5/8″-diameter Stitched Circle Die so it lies across the middle of the card. (I placed mine close to one edge so the half circle will sit left of center on my finished card. Then run it through the die-cutting machine so that the top cutting mat is only covering half of the circle (the half you want cutting through the paper).
If needed place the card base back in the trimmer and extend the score lines so they meet the circle. Fold the card in half, lay on a medium envelope and add a foliage piece on the circle area so it doesn’t extend beyond the envelope. Then secure with a few Dimensionals (placed in the center) from the kit.
Ink up only half of the “Let it Snow” stamp, stamp that image on the white side of the Poppy Parade circle, clean it off, ink up the other half, and stamp that image below.
Attach the circle to the top of the card.
Attach the snowflake to the bird with a Glue Dot.
Attach the Basic Black cardstock using SNAIL. Then attach the rest of the foliage with Glue Dots and the bird/snowflake with Dimensionals.
Tie on the twine.
Attach the Whisper White cardstock to the inside of the card using SNAIL.
Then add Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots to embellish.
This is the second one I made. This time I used a white rectangle piece.

Tie on the twine.
Attach the Whisper White cardstock to the inside of the card using SNAIL.
Then add Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots to embellish.
The third project is the wine bottle tag. Again I used those extra pieces. I had one bird, one snowflake, one Poppy Parade circle, and one white rectangle left. I kept used the same colors and extra tools and embellishments so that all three projects had similar layouts and coordinated
Measurements…
Whisper White Cardstock
8-1/2″ x 3″ scored parallel to the short side at 3″
Basic Black Cardstock
3″ x 3-1/2″
Garden Green Cardstock
4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ scrap for die-cutting foliage
Directions…
Die-cut the foliage from the 4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ scrap of Garden Green and cut into two pieces.
Die-cut the 1-7/8″ diameter Stitched Circle in the top portion of the Whisper White tag.
Stamp “A Gift For You” image on the white rectangle piece.
Attach the larger foliage piece and the bird with Glue Dots to the front of the Basic Black piece. Add the sentiment strip with Dimensionals.
Attach the Whisper White cardstock to the inside of the card using SNAIL.
Run SNAIL Adhesive around the back edges of the Basic Black cardstock. Then add the small foliage piece so it will appear to come out the top.
Then attach the Basic Black layer to the white tag, but don’t press all the way down yet (especially on the top and bottom).
Cut the snowflake in half. Cut the Poppy parade circle in half. Adhere the “half snowflake” pieces to the half circle pieces. Tuck each 1/2 circle behind the black – one at the top left and one at the bottom right.
Finally add Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots to embellish.
I hope I inspired your creativity with what I shared today!

MY ONLINE PAPER CRAFTERS CLUB IS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS I’m forming a new Paper Crafters club that will begin mid-December (with orders due mid-month for January, February, March, April, May, and June). And we are looking for more to join us. The commitment is to order at least $25 worth of Stampin’ Up! product in each of those 6 months. In one of those months, you would reap the hosting rewards (free merchandise based on the club orders). And then you’d also be able to get in on monthly product perks that would be sent to you along with your monthly club cards.
Here are some simple cards that I made with embossed Foil-Edged Cards. The first one is a holiday card. I made a bunch of these for my club members this month. The second one, a gold/pink version is a birthday card. They look so different but have so much in common. Crazy, right?
Products I used… See below for a complete list of products linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Measurements…
Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
Scrap for stamping and punching sentiment piece
Nobel Peacock Foil Sheets
Scrap for die-cutting foliage
Silver Metallic-Edged Ribbon
7″
Directions…
Stamp the sentiment and punch it out.
Die-cut the foliage and cut it into two pieces.
Emboss the front of the card with the Magnolia 3-D embossing folder.
Tie the ribbon in a bow and trim the ends.
Then assemble…
Add the sentiment circle to the front of the embossed card with two Dimensionals placed on the back of the right and left side.
Add the foliage by inserting underneath circle and attaching to the card base with Glue Dots.
Then add the bow with a Glue Dot.
You may want to add another Glue Dot under an upper right leaf on the lower cluster.
