No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
However, customer satisfaction is a priority and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If a purchased clothing item does not fit you, I offer a one-time opportunity to exchange the item for a new size or receive a refund for that item. Items must be unwashed, unused and undamaged. And I must be notified of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
This opportunity to return/exchange applies only to sized clothing items. Please email me at stampyourartout@comcast.com to notify me of your intent to return a clothing item.
After notifying me, the clothing item must be shipped back to me at my address, undamaged. So be sure to wrap it well to protect your item in transit. Ship to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of a returned item. Once I receive your returned item, I will either refund your payment or re-order a replacement item of the same value for you as per your initial request. You will not pay for shipping of the replacement item.
Sales of non-clothing items are final, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Regarding ANY of my merchandise… claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted to me at stampyourartout@comcast.net within 14 days after the product has been received. Once your claim for damaged, defective, or misprinted items is received you will be given further details.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Once your claim for undelivered items is received you will be given further details.
Tutorials
Video classes & Tutorials are exclusive and for your personal use. They may not be distributed or re-sold.
If you would like to use the ideas to teach classes within, I would be honored. Verbally instructing is permissible. (Please give credit to the demonstrator who created the project.) But you may NOT hand out, forward, re-write or copy the video classes in order to do so. You may direct others to my website where they can choose to purchase the video classes for their own personal use.
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no returns/exchanges. But please contact me at stampyourartout@comcast.net if you experience any issues after purchasing.

The prices I charge for products are listed on my website. I reserve the right to change prices displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
