Here is the card that my Online Paper Crafter’s Club members are getting as a thank you this month for their November orders.
Receiving a card each month that I feature on my blog is just one of the many perks of being part of my club. Click here and/or here to learn more about my Online Paper Crafter’s club. Then contact me with your questions &/or to sign up. I’m currently looking for 4 more members to join up with my other two who are waiting to begin. This club could run December – May or January – June depending on when we find the other 4 willing to join us. (You do NOT need to live local to me. Everything is online and through the mail.)
If you wish to recreate this card, here are the details.
Measurements:
Basic Gray Cardstock: 11” x 4-1/2” scored at 5-1/2” and folded in half for card base, 3” x 4-1/4”, and scrap for die-cutting the sentiment layer
Whisper White Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4” for the inside layer and scrap for stamping and die-cutting the sentiment piece
Vellum Cardstock: scrap for die-cutting the leaves
Silver Foil Paper: scrap for die-cutting the branch
Frosted Floral Designer Paper: 4” x 5-1/4”
Products: See below for a full list of supplies linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Directions:
Cut out a 4” x 2-3/4” section from the inside of the Frosted Floral Designer Paper piece by using Stampin’ Trimmer and positioning the cutting blade to cut 5/8” in on all four sides of the 4” x 5-1/4” designer paper piece.
Attach the outside “frame” piece to the Basic Gray card base. Attach the 4” x 2-3/4” piece to the 3” x 4-1/4” Basic Gray piece. Then attach this layered section to the card base with Dimensionals making sure the images on the designer paper pieces line up. (This technique is called “double time.” If you made 3 layers from one designer paper or stamped piece, it would be called “triple time.”)
Stamp and die-cut the sentiment. Die-cut the outside frame piece. Then attach these two together.
Die-cut the branch piece and the leaves. Add with SNAIL so it’s peeking out the back right side of the sentiment layer.
Add this sentiment layer to the card with Dimensionals.

I love this swap card that I received from fellow demonstrator, Nancy Johnson.
So I CASEd her design and created these fun easel covers for Post It® notepads and sold them at the Holiday Bazaar a few weeks ago. They were super popular, and sold out within just a couple hours, so I’m glad I took these photos beforehand so I could share with you how I made them.
Measurements…
Cherry Cobbler Cardstock:
8-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ scored at 2-1/8″ and 4-1/4″ then folded into a “z-fold”
4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″
Sahara Sand Cardstock:
3″ x 3-1/2″ for the top
1-7/8″ x 3″ for the inside
Early Espresso Cardstock: 1/4″ x 3″
Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper (Copper): Scrap for die-cutting star
Products: See below for a full list of supplies linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Directions…
Stamp the sentiment left justified on the 3″ x 3-1/2″ Sahara Sand piece.
Emboss 1/4″ x 3″ Early Espresso cardstock with Subtle folder and adhere more to the right on the 3″ x 3-1/2″ Sahara Sand piece.
Die-cut and attach star to the top of the Early Espresso piece with a Dimensional.
Add torn strips of washi tape to finish the look of a tree.
Adhere with Tear & Tape Adhesive 4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Cherry Cobbler to the 2-1/8″ x 3-1/4″ section of the folded flat 8-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ piece so that all the sides line up. When unfolded a bit, it should look like the image below (without the note pad and tree layer yet).
Adhere tree layer with SNAIL so that there is a wider border at the bottom.
Adhere note pad with Tear & Tape.
Tilt up the front cover and attach the 1-7/8″ x 3″ piece of Sahara Sand. This is optional but provides a place to add a gift message and signature.
These make great stocking stuffers if you are looking for last minute gift ideas.

Introducing the November 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit: To You And Yours! It included supplies to make 10 beautiful holiday cards (5 each of 2 designs shown below).
I am someone who sends WAY more than 10 Christmas cards each year. So when I opened my kit, the first thing I did was divide out all the contents. I took the elements that made up 1/5 of the cards – 2 of the cards (one of each design), added three sheets of Very Vanilla cardstock and eight envelopes, and then reconfigured everything to make eight cards. Doing this with the whole kit produces 40 cards: 5 x 8 = 40! Yay!
Here is what came in this November 2018 kit.
I added the products listed below to create my 8 different card designs that I’m sharing with you today. Watch my video first to get to get measurements, directions, and tips. Then scroll down to see close-up photos, links that I mention at the beginning of my video, and a list of extra supplies (linked to my online store) mentioned/used to make my creations.
Here are the cards that the November 2018 kit instructs how to make.
And here are close-up photos of the cards I created and shared in my video above.

By the way, I have MORE ideas that I’ll be sharing soon…the exclusives that I’ll be sharing privately with my personal subscribers and a few more that I’ll be sharing publicly on my blog in the coming weeks. So subscribe to my blog and stay tuned.
I hope you enjoyed what I shared today! If you are not a Paper Pumpkin subscriber, I invite you to give it a try. CLICK HERE to learn more. Then get your Paper Pumpkin subscription started with ME as your demonstrator so you can see even more EXCLUSIVE ideas, get gifts & prizes, earn Loyalty Rewards, and more! But wait!…
Paper Pumpkin is gaining more and more subscribers each month. And the subscriber base has grown beyond what was forecasted for the next kit being shipped December 11th. So… the December kit has already sold out, and any new subscribers at this point will have to wait for January’s.
I’ve always been a big fan, so I’m excited that so many are in love with these kits, too! But I’m sorry that new subscribers can’t get in on this next kit. If you are interested in subscribing for future kits though, message me to let me know. I can then email you a reminder on December 11th when subscriptions will be opened up again.
To renew your subscription, click here and login to reactivate – just note that you may or may not be able to get December’s kit because of the reason above.

SNOWFLAKE SHOWCASE available this month only!

For those of you in the US, I hope you are enjoying your Thanksgiving holiday weekend! We had a new addition to our family on Tuesday. So you can imagine how thankful WE all are this week. I’ll tell you more about her soon. My brother and his wife had their second little girl. Her name is Simonne. And I got to hold her Wednesday night!! She’s a happy baby and OH…so soft!
Speaking of little treats, I thought I’d share a couple stocking stuffer ideas today. I made a bunch of these treats originally for the Lord of Life Holiday Bazaar. I used the leftover doggy treats as swaps during Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage event, and will be using the leftover Ghirardelli treats for gifting to friends and family this Christmas.
I shared this Ghirardelli treat box idea originally on September 4th using the Blissful Blooms Paper Pumpkin kit and then again on October 2nd with the Frosted Floral Suite products: the Frosted Bouquet Framelits and Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplits. Obviously I loved these easy-to-make treats, so I mass produced the Frosted Floral ones for my craft fair.
I really love the festiveness of this one that I filled with both green and red Ghirardellis.
This treat (for the doggies) was also quick and easy to put together. The base cardstock for the toppers is 2-1/8″ x 4-1/4″ folded in half and stapled to the top of the filled 2″ x 8″ Cello Bags. Then I embellished the front with 2″ x 2″ Santa’s Workshop designer paper pieces and images from those papers cut out and popped up with Dimensionals.
The Santa’s Signpost Framelits (that coordinate with many of the images in the designer paper) are sold out/discontinued. But with a Paper Snips and a steady hand, these could be fussy-cut to get the same results. I stamped the “enjoy” sentiment with Tuxedo Black ink and an image from the Thoughtful Banners stamp set. I also used black Faceted dots to embellish the wheels of the wagon. Do you see the soft snow on the top of the sign? The Santa’s Workshop paper is flocked! It’s fuzzy.

CRAFT & CARRY STAMPARATUS BAG
The Craft & Carry Stamparatus Bag is coming! It will debut December 5, 2018!
This may be the perfect card pattern for us paper crafters who love to create our own Holiday cards but also want to have our card “fit in” with all the other mass-printed digital photo cards out there. I’ve made my personal holiday cards similar to this in the past, but I love THIS version in that is has a fold-out “mini card” area on the top to add a personal message. This was a make-n-take that my Stampers With ART Stars made a few months ago. I shared the other three make-n-takes on September 9, September 12 and September 21, but forgot this one. oops! 😉 (I got the idea of the mini card fold-out part from Mackenzie Grimme, a demonstrator on my team. She used these measurements for her personal Christmas card a couple years ago. Thanks Mackenzie!)
If you wish to recreate this card, here are the details.
Measurements…
Cherry Cobbler Cardstock: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 2-1/2″ and folded over
Very Vanilla Cardstock: 2-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ and scraps for stamping and punching sentiment pieces
Real Red Cardstock: Scrap for punching 1-1/2″ Circle
Call Me Clover Cardstock: Scraps for punching two Sprigs
Gold Foil Sheet: Scrap (at least a 3″ x 2″) for die-cutting snowflakes
Adhesive Sheet (optional): Scrap (at least a 3″ x 2″ – same size at the Gold Foil Sheet)
Dashing Along Designer Paper: 1-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
Basic Black Cardstock (optional as a photo mat): 5-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
Real Red Mixed Satin Ribbon: 14″
Products: See below for a full list of supplies linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Directions…
Add a couple washi tape strips to the corners of the 2-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ Very Vanilla piece and adhere to the inside of the folded card area on the Cherry Cobbler card base.
Wrap around and tie the ribbon in a knot. Trim ends.
Attach designer paper to the front side of the folded card area.
Add Adhesive Sheet to the back of the Gold Foil Sheet (if you wish for your gold snowflakes to become “stickers”). Die-cut the snowflakes.
Using SNAIL, attach Real Red circle piece to the front side of the folded card area with a large gold snowflake tucked underneath. Make sure the circle dips down a bit beyond the edge of the Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
Add the Call Me Clover punched sprigs on top of the Real Red circle so they stick out the sides. I used SNAIL to add them. But Glue Dots work, too. Be sure the sprigs don’t extend beyond the outside edges of the card.
Stamp and punch the two sentiments onto Very Vanilla scraps using the ink, stamps and punch from the Christmas Traditions punch pack.
Add one sentiment to cover the sprigs centered within the circle using Dimensionals.
Add the other inside the card with a small gold snowflake tucked underneath using SNAIL adhesive.
Embellish sprigs with a few pearls.
Add photo OR add Basic Black 5-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ photo mat piece and THEN your photo. Sign and send off in the mail inside a business envelope (found at any office supply store).
It’s time to start working on your Christmas cards if you plan to make your own this year. Let me know if you need help ordering. Need ideas? Check out all the ideas on Pinterest. (And please follow me on Pinterest to see what I pin.)

Here is a tasty & pretty Christmas treat idea. I made these and sold them at my November 3rd craft fair.
The pretzels are from Costco. But if you are not a member, HERE is a similar package on Amazon. Each pretzel is individually packaged, so I only added the folded over cardstock and decorations.
Measurements…
Base cardstock: 4-1/4″ x 2-1/8″ scored at 2-1/8″ and folded in half
Front & back cardstock Layers: two that are 2″ x 2″
Ribbon for bow: 6″
Directions…
Fold over and staple the base cardstock* to attach it to the cello bag.
Stamp sentiments/greetings on the back cardstock layer** and attach to the back of the topper.
Emboss or spritz the front cardstock layer*** and attach to the front of the topper.
Attach wreath or wire element to the front layer (I used hot glue).
Then tie ribbon in a bow and attach with a Glue Dot.
*Call Me Clover Cardstock, Fresh Fig Cardstock or Copper Foil Sheet **Whisper White Cardstock, Pear Pizzazz Cardstock or Coastal Cabana Cardstock ***Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, Whisper White Cardstock or Basic Black Cardstock
If you are planning to spritz the Basic Black cardstock, pour rubbing alcohol into a Spritzer. Add a couple drops of Shimmer Paint. Close the Spritzer tightly and shake it well. Then in a well ventilated area, spritz the cardstock all at once. After it dries, cut it to the size you want.
