On The Go Suitcase Boxes Yesterday I went live exclusively with my Supporter Members of my YouTube channel. And I demonstrated these adorable On The Go Suitcase Boxes for them. One of the perks of being a Supporter Member (on the second tier of membership) is an exclusive Live each month. It’s a more casual, relaxed Live. In fact I made even more mistakes than usual…Hahaha! But it was a fun morning hanging out with everyone.
February 2025 Kit Together Cards Here are six new alternates that I created the Notes From The Heart Paper Pumpkin Kit. This kit contained supplies for 3 sets of 3 cards. So for my February 16th Kit Together event I mailed each participant 1/3 of this kit. And from that we created these six cards. Event attendees joined together virtually on Zoom for 2 hours of fun and creativity. I demonstrated how to make these cards. And we also took time to socialize, laugh & have fun, and work on our own kits or other projects. There were prize drawings at the end, an ordering special, and I emailed out the recording of the demonstration along with a PDF tutorial for all the cards. It was a lot of fun!
The instructions, tips, supply list, and measurements are exclusive for those that took part in the event. But I at least wanted to share images of the cards I demonstrated to give you a little creative inspiration today AND to entice you to sign up for a future kit together. Sorry for the delay. I was on a much needed retreat this past week. I rested and enjoyed my time away. I opened my February 2025 Hello Spring Paper Pumpkin kit Monday evening, fell in love with all the beautiful imagery and colors, and put together three unique cards to share with you today. This is my first set of alternate projects. Then I’ll share more on March 1st within the collection of exclusives that my Paper Pumpkin Creatives Team is currently compiling and again on March 7th for the “A Paper Pumpkin Thing” blog hop.

Are you a fan of kits? I absolutely am. And this time I took the elements of the new So Much To Celebrate Kits Collection Kit, added a few extra supplies, and came up with a way to triple the amount of cards you can make from the kit. I love doing this! You get so much more for your money when you can stretch your supplies. And then you have even more greeting cards to give out individually, in gift sets, or in large donation amounts to organizations and facilities in need.
The cards you will see in this post are one third of what you can make from one kit. I took the supplies from each of the three styles of cards/envelopes and turned them into nine. But from one whole kit you can create 27. Yay! For tips, watch the last portion of my 2/12/25 class (starting around the 46:30 minute mark…

I designed a card with the Layering Leaves and Leaf Collection Stamp Sets recently. I plan to send this card to current achieving and new demonstrators in my Stampers With ART group. But I’m also going to create more of them, because the card colors and imagery make me happy. And I think these would make great birthday cards for family and friends. The card features embossing, punching, and a fun background stamp layering idea.
I just showed live on YouTube and on Facebook about an hour ago step-by-step directions for creating this cheerful greeting card. And now I’m sharing that video here in my blog post. BTW…I recommend stamping your lighter color first so it sits more in the background. I stamped with the darker color first (since my stamp was already inked in that color) during my live class and it gave me a slightly different look…the yellow is definitely more dominant where the two colors overlap.

On December 4th I shared some Cut & Shuffle cards that I made with products from the Regal Winter Suite. And in that instructional video I showed the start of another set that I prepared with sheets from the Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper pack.
Well…ta-da! I finished those cards!!
I hope you like them. I really had fun adding the spray of dots with the speckle stamp image and the Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix Sequins.

Measurements
Basic White Thick Cardstock
4-1/4” x 11″ scored parallel to short side at 5-1/2”
3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″
Scraps for die-cutting butterfly and sentiment label
Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper
3-3/4” x 5” (one of each color, so you might as well make 6 cards like I did)
Scrap for stamping and die-cutting butterfly
Soft Sea Foam Cardstock
4” x 5-1/4”
First you’ll want to watch the instructional video from December 4th. Then after creating the base layers and gluing or taping everything into place, add the white die-cut butterfly shapes and sentiment labels. Stamp, die-cut, and add the purple butterflies using just a thin line of glue behind the butterfly bodies (not the wings). Prop up the wings.
Add this layer to the Soft Sea Foam layer with Dimensionals. Add this whole thing to the card base. Glue on the sequins and stamp the speckle image with the coordinating inks.
So fun, right?!

Welcome to our monthly “A Paper Pumpkin Thing” blog hop! It’s time to showcase our January2025 Heart For YouPaper Pumpkin kit alternate projects! See what I have to share. Then check out all the other blogs in the hop for additional creative ideas that my Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends shared.
For those of you not familiar with these kits, they get delivered straight to your mailbox in the months of your choice. Inside are all the supplies you need AND the directions for assembling the kit cards/projects designed. Here are the intended cards designed for this January 2025 kit. I’ve already shared some other alternate projects (a set of Valentine treats, a simple card, and a back-fold card) using the contents of this kit on January 22nd. Today I am sharing: two versions of a unique treat holder card and a scrapbook page.
