So I thought I’d share one more card I made with the April Change is Beautiful kit. And… I have my blog post linked to posts from those in my PPX exclusives video crew. So see what I have to share. This is the z-fold card I made. The new blue pack of For Everything Fancy Sequins are the perfect embellishments for the cascading flowers in this design. And of course the Sending Smiles bundle paired well to bring this card the dimension I was looking for for the eclipse technique.

Measurements…
Basic Black Cardstock
4-1/4″ x 11 scored parallel to the short side at 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″
4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
Scraps for die-cutting “Sending” four times
Scraps for layering under the stamped front “SUNSHINE” sentiment
Kit card (sunshine half)
4″ x 5-1/4″ (cut sun/moon card in half, then trim 1/8″ off each side of the sun half)
Kit envelope (white side of any kit envelope)
4″ x just a little under 5-3/8″
Scrap for stamping and cutting out “SUNSHINE”
Directions…
Cut and prepare all pieces listed above in the measurements.
Add 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ black layer to z-folded card base as shown.
Die-cut “Sending” piece from sunshine layer (save every scrap as you’ll need to put them back into the card later). Adhere the sunshine layer to the 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ black front card layer.
Die-cut and glue together four black “Sending” pieces.
Place the one cut from the card back in place as a guide (do not glue this). Then use the Take Your Pick Tool to glue back in the scraps to fill in the holes.
Glue the “Sending” cut from the sunshine layer onto the black layered pieces. Then glue these into place on the card.
Ink up only the “TO BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY” portion of the stamp. Stamp it onto the large white layer (from the cut envelope). Then adhere it to the inside of the card. Stamp the front end of the sentiment onto the white envelope scrap, and cut out the word SUNSHINE. Glue to a scrap of black, and cut around it so the black becomes a layer underneath. Repeat two more times.
Glue this to the card front as shown.
Add the flowers.
Then glue on the sequin pieces.

I’ve already shared some other alternate projects using the contents of this kit on April 20th.
Today I am sharing how I turned the supplies for the three kit cards into twelve! Yes…I quadrupled the cards you can get from the kit. 😃
In order to do this, I added extra cardstock, extra envelopes (since I used the decorative kit envelopes for the card layers), and a couple embellishments. I’ve added measurements and simple tips next to the photos of each of the cards below.

These first three are made pretty much in the same way. I cut the floral card into 4 sections and then layered them onto a slightly larger Basic Black piece of cardstock. Before adding the card layer to the black, I tied on the ribbon. All layers are flat to the card (added with Seal Adhesive) except the largest yellow flower on the third card.

Basic White Cardstock
(3) 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored parallel to the short side at 4-1/4”
Basic Black Cardstock
(2) just under 3” x just over 4-1/4”
(1) just under 2-3/4” x just over 4-1/4”
Below are photos of the prepared pieces for each card. They seem so basic and plain until you add the stamp images, ribbon, Dimensionals and/or rhinestones. Don’t they?
Here are the next two cards. I saved my large flower and banner pieces for one and used the butterfly stamp image for the other. Both of them include the blue/green kit envelope for layers.

The prepared pieces for each card…
I cut apart the remaining part of that kit card in a different way for another card. The glittered ribbon peeking out the top and bottom of the cloud/bird piece gives a lot of brilliance to it!
And then I added the caterpillar and butterfly pieces to black cardstock and then to the pink polkadot envelope paper for one more. As you can see from the photos below, the “wow” is on the inside for sure.

I have three more for you. These next two feature the “moon & stars” portion of the last kit card. I added the negatives to the backside of the remaining floral card piece (the one with just the sprout coming out of the ground). And then after tying on the ribbon, I layered this onto a white cardstock layer.

Notice that these prepared pieces have cut up Dimensionals? I like to use the edges up. AND…you can get into smaller spaces when you trim them.
Here is my last and twelfth card. It’s an easel card. I trimmed 3/8″ off the bottom of the sun/cloud piece and stamped the sentiment. I then folded the card base like a “Z” and attached the sun/cloud layer to the folded over 2-1/8″ x 5-1/2″ section. The inside includes the 3/8″ strip on Dimensionals to act as a stopper so the card when open will prop up like an easel.

I’ve already shared some other alternate projects using the contents of this kit on March 19th.
Today I am sharing a 12×12 scrapbook page layout. The floral images in that bonus stamp set, Celebration Time paired up with the leaf die-cuts make beautiful focal points for any project. So I stamped them in Orchid Oasis (a new color that will debut on May 3rd) as a blue alternative to the Misty Moonlight color AND because I wanted to show off that new color and a couple other new products that can coordinate with the imagery in this kit.

Measurements…
Soft Sea Foam Cardstock
(2) 12″ x 12″
Daffodil Delight Cardstock
(3) 4-3/8″ x 5-3/4″
4-3/8″ x 4-3/8″
Mossy Meadow Cardstock
(3) 4-1/8″ x 5-1/2″
4-1/8″ x 4-1/8″
Envelope from the kit
(2) 4-7/8″ x 7″
Card from the kit with pattern
(4) ~5/8″ x 5-1/2″ from the patterned part of the card (cut between the rows in the design)
1″ x 5-1/2″ from the white part of the card
Scraps of the white side for stamping and cutting out the flowers
2022-24 In Color 6×6 Glimmer Paper (Orchid Oasis)
(4) 3/4″ x 6″ (with dark to light showing along the length)
Directions…
Attach the photo mat pieces and the Orchid Oasis Glimmer Paper strips to the pages first. You’ll need two strips on the right page and one on the left (for now).
Punch one end of the kit card patterned strips so the banner cut is in the same direction as the design. Use a Bone Folder to curl the cut ends a bit. Add them to the Glimmer Paper strips with Tear & Tape Adhesive so the banner end is on top.
Add the envelope paper next. (I loved this pattern. So I plan to add 4″ x 5-3/8″ horizontal photos in these two areas so I don’t cover too much of that pattern. BTW…The left one was difficult to add, so I placed a piece of cardstock that was 2-1/2″ tall at the top of the page so my left envelope layer was straight when I attached it.)
Add a portion of the fourth Glimmer Paper strip and the remaining kit card patterned strip that was cut from what wasn’t needed earlier.
Banner Punch the left end of the 1″ x 5-1/2″ white strip. Stamp the sentiment. Curl the banner end with a bone folder and attach.
Now use the left over pieces from that card base that was cut for the strips to stamp the flowers. Use the Paper Snips to trim them. (I stamped off onto scrap paper first to lighten the Orchid Oasis and Crushed Curry inks.) Stamp and cut the amount that appeals to you. Use a Bone Folder to curl them a bit too.
Then arrange them and the die-cut leaves to get the look you like. If you want to also stamp the smaller branch image, you could try this trick…Stamp it onto a small scrap of Soft Sea Foam then tuck it where you think it looks best as a guide for where to stamp it.
Add the flowers, branch images and die-cut leaves with Dimensionals from the kit and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Then embellish the centers of the small flowers with 2021-23 In Color Opal Rounds and around the flowers (and on the exclamation mark) with the rhinestones that came in the kit.
Then add special photos.

If you weren’t, you are gonna wish you had been a subscriber this month! I love the latest Paper Pumpkin monthly subscription kit and started creating with mine the minute it arrived. So today I’m sharing my first set of alternate projects with the Beyond the Horizon March 2022 kit.
This kit contained the supplies shown below to make nine beautiful cards (3 of 3 layouts).
I never assemble my kits as is, though. Instead I like to show subscribers other ways to use those supplies. I like to think outside the box…see what else I can come up with, and create alternate cards, scrapbook pages and more. So today I’m sharing with you…
