ORDERING A PREPAID PAPER PUMPKIN
Once in my store, sign in or create an account…
Under the PAPER PUMPKIN category on the left, choose PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Select the quantity: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Double check to be sure you are purchasing the correct item, then select ADD TO BAG.
This window will pop up asking if you wish to continue shopping or view your shopping bag. If you wish to continue shopping, click CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you are ready to check out or just want to see your total so far, then click the VIEW SHOPPING BAG button.
It is on this page that you enter a host code if you wish. Click here for directions ordering with a host code. On this page if you decide to continue shopping, you may do so by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING in the upper right. Make sure to check over the SPECIAL OFFERS section just in case there is a special that pertains to you. Check out if you are done shopping.
Enter your payment, billing and shipping information. Then click CONTINUE.
This window may pop up asking if you wish to add a host code. Click here to choose one if you wish. If your order is (or will be) $150+, then you may not want to apply a host code, because an order of $150 or more will earn you free merchandise. And if you apply a host code to your order, then the host/hostess of that order will earn the free merchandise instead.
Review & Submit your order.
You will then get two emails – one from Stampin’ Up! thanking you for your order, and the other from Paper Pumpkin/Stampin’ Up! telling you what code number to enter to redeem your kit. Your email with the code number is important. Copy this code.
Then go to www.paperpumpkin.com and either subscribe (if you are new to Paper Pumpkin) or sign in if you have received kits in the past. (If you are new to Paper Pumpkin, clicking the link in the previous sentence will automatically assign me to be your demonstrator. Thank you.)
FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS
When creating a new Paper Pumpkin account, you will enter an email address and create a password. (Even if you have an existing account with Stampin’ Up! for ordering in the online store, you still need to set up account information for a Paper Pumpkin account. These two accounts are not connected.) Remember the email and password so you can access and manage your account later on.
Enter the name of the person receiving the subscription and the shipping address where you want the kit(s) to be sent.
Payment information is not required if you are redeeming a prepaid code. HOWEVER, if you want to receive more than the ONE kit or continue to receive kits AFTER your prepaid subscription ends, then enter your payment information. By providing your payment information, you are giving Stampin’ Up!® permission to bill your credit card for the ongoing subscription once your prepaid period is complete.
Select the number of kits you would like to receive each month. NOTE: You can choose as many kits as you would like HOWEVER, the prepaid code only counts for ONE kit per month. The number you select is NOT the number of months you will receive the kit but rather this is the number of kits you will receive EACH month.
Enter your prepaid code in the space provided and click “apply.” You will see the prepaid amount deducted from your total. NOTE: You cannot use multiple codes on the same account at the same time. If you wish to redeem multiple codes on the same account, you will have to wait until the entered code expires and then add another code to the account.
Once you have entered all the information, check the “monthly total” to make sure your order is correct.
You must click subscribe to complete the order. NOTE: by clicking the subscribe button, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of a Paper Pumpkin subscription.
FOR CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS
Under “My Account” scroll down and click Edit under Subscription Details.
This window will pop up. Here is where you enter your Prepaid Redemption Code (code indicated in your email).
After adding this code, click Redeem.
Shipping information needs to be in your account so your kits will ship to you. So be sure that is up-to-date.
If you are a current subscriber, you do NOT need to change anything in your account. Credit card information that was previously listed can stay AS IS. This way when you are not entering prepaid codes, you can continue to receive these fun kits each month.
If you are a new subscriber, you MAY enter your credit card information. This way when you are not entering prepaid codes, you can continue to receive these fun kits each month. If you do NOT enter your credit card information, kits will not mail to you after your prepaid subscription ends. Your account will be accessible with your user name & password, though.
