I quintupled the cards in the kit!…
Stampin’ Up! just mailed out the October Paper Pumpkin kit, and it contains supplies for making some beautiful brass-foil embellished holiday greeting cards: 8 cards (4 of 2 designs). I like to create alternate projects with my kits, and this time I took the supplies that come in this Joy to the World October 2020 kit….

The October 2020 Joy To The World Paper Pumpkin Kit. - Stampin’ Up!® - Stamp Your Art Out! www.stampyourartout.com

…and I quintupled the holiday cards you can make with the kit supplies simply by adding a pack of Crumb Cake Cardstock, a pack of Whisper White envelopes, one more ink color (Cherry Cobbler), and a pack of Gold Glittered Enamel Dots. So instead of 8 cards, you can make 40 from one kit! 😃 I also added the extra items in the product list at the bottom of this post to the above kit contents to make a couple hand sanitizer holders – similar to last month’s holders, but I just used a card base instead of a pre-cut and scored cracker box. After seeing what I share today, you’ll be able to recreate that box using all sorts of supplies.

So here is what I am sharing with you today:

  • Quintuple the kit to make 40 holiday cards
  • And an adaption of last month’s hand sanitizer holders.

Watch my video first by clicking here to get to get measurements, directions, and tips (or you can just click on this image below if you are already in my blog post). Scroll down to see close-up photos, access the links that I mentioned in my video, and see a list of extra supplies (linked to my online store) that I used to make my creations. Then be sure to visit my blog again soon, because I have many more alternate projects that I’ll be sharing on October 29.

And here are close-up photos of the alternate projects I made and shared in my video. (Remember to watch my video first to get measurements, tips and directions.)
