Better late than never! Isn't that how the saying goes?
I learned a little bit more than I wanted to this past week and I am now an iMovie 10.0.6 user (and smarter because of it)! I think I'm finally getting through this cold, too! Woo hoo. Life is good! Thank you for your well wishes.
Here are the alternate (out of the box) ideas I came up with using the December 2014 All Shook Up Paper Pumpkin Kit. Sorry they are coming to you so late (our January kits are already arriving). But for those of you who didn't see my past posts, I had some computer glitches that made my other Paper Pumpkin videos on my computer become corrupt and I got ill in the midst of it all. So I needed a few extra days to start over from scratch. Thanks for waiting!
I hope you enjoy the projects I came up with using the contents of the December kit. Have fun watching.
And as always… the close-up photos below show the projects in more detail. The extra supplies I used to create these projects are listed at the bottom of this post and linked to my online store.
Thinking of getting a few kits to try them out? The 3-Month Prepaid Subscription is on sale during Sale-A-Bration. You can save $5 AND get a Sale-a-Bration pick as a free gift! Click here to order. (If you order and redeem your subscription today, you would get the February, March and April kits. And don't ask me what those are, because I don't know either. That's part of the fun of Paper Pumpkin – the surprise waiting inside! The kits come straight to your mailbox around the 16th of each month. Click here to learn more about how Paper Pumpkin subscriptions work. And let me know if you have any questions.)
Product List
This list does NOT include the Full December 2014 Paper Pumpkin kit (subscribers are the only ones who got this kit), the Piercing Tool (but you would have a push pin at home?), or a battery operated tea light (please do not use real candles).
I had a few minutes so I decided to watch the video for the shaker PP kit. I wasn’t too thrilled with the original kit but I LOOOOOVE your versions! The white piece using the gray “negative” strip is so eye catching! I am going to use make that as a birthday card tonight or this weekend for the new guy at work. I have a friend who reads and always has several books going at once so she can have a fun book mark too. Thanks for making me think outside the (Paper Pumpkin) box even though you are doing UT FOR ME! I think the little birthday mini album will be made too. I have a couple of those plastic boxes left too!
Goodness…..I love your videos!! Appreciate all the work you put in them! Now, I’ve got to go make your ideas!!
You are so sweet to me, Chris. Thank you for your comments! So glad that my ideas inspired you. Have fun!
Thanks, Sylvia! These kits are too much fun. I just got my January one. I’m hoping to find time to play with it this coming week.
As always, you’ve given me great ideas. I especially like thespray of stars aacross card and layout.
(big smile) *Ü*
Where did you find the acrylic boxes you used?
I’ve had them for years. I actually joke about it in the video…had them since the 80’s! Crazy, but true. I’m guessing with Amazon or Ebay (and sites like those), you’d be able to find something similar though.
