Welcome to our All Star monthly blog hop for the Beautiful Gallery Suite of products! We are excited to share even MORE ideas than what we are offering in our exclusive Video Class Bundle this month.

On Monday I posted a few Pillar Pyramid fun fold cards and gave you the heads up that I’d be sharing more today along with directions for this unique type of card. Monday’s cards were made with the Celebratory Sips Suite of products. Today’s cards are made with the papers, stamps, dies and embellishments from the Beautiful Gallery Suite. A big thank you to Iced Images for her 5×7 creations that inspired my versions.

This fun fold takes a little bit of time to make, but it will bring a lot of joy and your recipient will love it and want to keep it on display on a shelf or mantle.

A few hours ago I shared live on YouTube step-by-step directions for creating these cards. And now I’m sharing that video here in my blog post. Imperial Measurements…

• Base cardstock
  • 5-1/2″ x 9″ scored at 3-3/4″, 4-1/4″, 8″ and 8-1/2″
  • 5-1/2″ x 6″ scored at 2-1/4″, 2-3/4″, 5″ and 5-1/2″
  • 3″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 3/4″, 1-1/4″, 2″ and 2-1/2″
• Other cardstock
  • Scraps for punching and die-cutting circle layers for sentiment
  • Scraps for die-cutting leaves for accent images
• Beautiful Gallery Designer Paper
  • 5-3/8” x 5-3/8” cut vertically into strips that are either 5/8″ x 5-3/8″ or 3/8″ x 5-3/8″ – begin with 3/8” wide, then cut the next one at 5/8” wide, then cut 3/8”, then 5/8” and so on until your last strip ends up being 3/8” wide
• Back cardstock layer
  • 3-5/8” x 5-3/8″

Metric Measurements…

• Base cardstock
  • 14.8 cm x 22 cm scored at 9.5 cm, 10.5 cm, 20 cm and 21 cm
  • 14.8 cm x 14.4 cm scored at 5.7 cm, 6.7 cm, 12.4 cm and 13.4 cm
  • 6.8 cm x 14.8 cm scored at 1.9 cm, 2.9 cm, 4.8 cm and 5.8 cm
• Other cardstock
  • Scraps for punching and die-cutting circle layers for sentiment
  • Scraps for die-cutting leaves for accent images
• Beautiful Gallery Designer Paper
  • 12.2 cm wide x 14.5 cm tall cut vertically into strips that are either 1.6 cm x 14.5 cm or .7 cm x 14.5 cm – begin with .7 cm wide, then cut the next one at 1.6 cm wide, then cut .7 cm, then 1.6 cm and so on until your last strip ends up being .7 cm wide
• Back cardstock layer
  • 9.2 cm x 14.5 cm

Stampin’ Write Markers are being discontinued. The cling stamp line (red rubber stamp line) is being phased out. Stampin’ Up! will soon be transitioning into sleeker, slimmer packaging for stamps and dies. More details about these changes can be found here.
