I'll share photos from the adventure at a later time, but today I wanted to show you the 3-D cruise swaps I made: note card sets created with the new Affectionately Yours designer paper. A few products that I used to make these won't be available until June 1st:
But that's not too far off now. Did you get your new catalog!?
Take a look at what I made and then watch the video to see how to create the holder that was originally taught to me by fellow demonstrator Terri Gaines.
If you start this video about 9-1/2 minutes in, you'll see step-by-step how to make this great note card holder. (In the video I am demonstrating projects I created with the April Paper Pumpkin kit, but it includes directions for cutting and assembling the holder.)
I used 4 paper designs from the Affectionately Yours pack to create my swap sets. Some of them were matched with Crumb Cake note cards and some were matched with Whisper White note cards. I used two different ribbons for the accents, too: White Organza which is a bit stiffer but OH SO pretty and Gold Satin for a softer, warmer look.
From one sheet of designer paper I was able to make the holder and decorate the four enclosed note cards.

Hi Rachie,
Love, Love Love the video, so excited to see my “Think Outside the Box” gift to you!!! đ
Love this idea for the note card holder. I used it to make a holder for a set of thank you cards as a graduation gift. It came together so easily! Thanks for the idea.
Love this! I can’t wait to make some. I have some girls that this will be perfect little gifts for.
Thank you, as always, for sharing!

I’ve been looking for the card holder for A2 cards. Do you know if there is a video or instruction sheet?
I don’t know of one for the A2 size. Sorry.
