September 2025 Fall for Toile Alternates Set 1

My September 2025 Fall for Toile Paper Pumpkin kit arrived on Thursday. It’s a thankful-themed kit with warm colors, metallic foil and rich autumnal imagery. I love to show kit subscribers other ways to use their supplies. I like to think outside the box, see what else I can come up with, and create alternate cards, scrapbook pages, and more. So today I have several different card ideas and a 3-D idea for you along with lots of tips and tricks. Earlier today I demonstrated these ideas during my Live Online Paper Crafting Class on YouTube. Maybe you tuned in?

Simple “Torn-Strip” Card

I applied Tear & Tape Adhesive to front of one frame and back of the other. Then I added tulle to each layer and trimmed the edges. (The one I’m holding is the bottom layer.)

Then I added 3/16″ wide strips cut from Foam Adhesive Sheets to the frame of the bottom layer making sure to have no gaps. I peeled off the backings so I could add the other layer on top. But before doing so,…

I put my Cajun Craze Two-Tone Cardstock confetti and a few of the shiny reddish and greenish circles from the Loose Shaker Elements within the “walls” of the foam adhesive sheet strips. Then I stacked/connected the two layers together to form the shaker portion of the card.

Lastly I simply glued this to the front of the kit card base and added the sentiment strip with a couple glue dots.

If you did not get this kit, I hope you can apply these ideas to products you already own. OR…become an active subscriber and get in on the refill kit (which typically becomes available after the 20th). The refill kit doesn’t contain the ink and stamp images. But you will at least gain the main pieces and can hopefully replace most of the stamp images I used with some of your own.
