About a month and a half ago I shared several projects I created with the Brightly Gleaming Suite. There was one project I started (about 12 minutes into the video) as an example of how to start one of the projects. And so today I’m sharing with you what I did to finish it.
I didn’t use other products in the Brightly Gleaming Suite, though. Instead I grabbed a copper die-cut/embossed leaf, some Pearls and Blends Markers, and some Leaves Trinkets. And I put together this Autumn Copper Tea Tin – great for gift giving at this time of year (at least where I live in Minnesota).
Products I used… See below for a complete list of products linked to where you can find them in my online store.
Measurements…
- Brightly Gleaming Designer Paper
- 4” x 12”
- Seaside Spray Cardstock
- Scrap for stamping and punching label
- Copper Foil Sheet
- Scrap for stamping and die-cutting leaf
Directions…
- Wrap around and attach Brightly Gleaming Designer Paper to the Copper Tea Tin using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
- Stamp and punch sentiment label piece.
- Die-cut/emboss leaf.
- Attach the sentiment label piece to the front of the tin using Dimensionals. Add (with Glue Dots) Leaves Trinkets coming from under the label piece. Attach the Copper Foil leaf with Dimensionals.
- Color pearls with the Night of Navy Blends Markers. Use the Take Your Pick Tool to add them to the tin.
- Fill with a gift of some sort and make someone’s day brighter.
Ta-da! A sweet and striking gift tin! I hope you were inspired by what I shared.

MY ONLINE PAPER CRAFTERS CLUB IS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS
I’m forming a new Paper Crafters club that will begin mid-December (with orders due mid-month for January, February, March, April, May, and June). And we are looking for more to join us. The commitment is to order at least $25 worth of Stampin’ Up! product in each of those 6 months. In one of those months, you would reap the hosting rewards (free merchandise based on the club orders). And then you’d also be able to get in on monthly product perks that would be sent to you along with your monthly club cards.
Love the finished project. I think I need to CASE this. My husband is having surgery the day before Thanksgiving so I have no idea how December will pan out. Thanksgiving will be done at the hospital, that I do know. I might make some of these up now just in case I don’t get everything done in time.
Thanks Chris! Sending good wishes your way…hoping the surgery goes well and the healing is quick.
