I’ve had many ask me over the years how I organize all my past Paper Pumpkin stamp sets. Fellow demonstrator, Connie Stewart shared this storage method a few years back. I totally adopted it, and it is still working for me!
I store my stamp sets along with the instruction pamphlets in the 6×8 Memories & More Photo Albums. I also use the 6×8 Memories & More Variety Pack of Pocket Pages, but I’ve found that most of the Paper Pumpkin stamp sets need the larger 4×6 pocket size not the 3×4 size.
So I purchased a bunch of pocket pages with the 4×6 pockets only from Simple Stories on Amazon.
To keep my stamp sets from shifting and sliding in the pockets, I peel off the thin, non-printed plastic from one side of the stamp set and replace it with a 4×6 piece of Window Sheet. And I keep them organized by also inserting a 4×6 piece of Whisper White cardstock that I labeled with the corresponding kit name, month and year.
Then I store them on a shelf where I can access them. A long-gone demonstrator-only stamp set “provides” the fun Paper Pumpkin image for the labels on the albums. By the way, all my sets dating back from March 2013 (when Paper Pumpkin first began) are stored in only 4-1/2 of these albums. The last album on the far right is completely empty right now. It’s quite the space-saving method!
Of course, if you like to integrate all your stamp sets into your collection of other stamp sets, these photos below and this link show another way you can organize your sets. AND…You can find the stamp set inserts HERE, download and print them off, then trim them up a bit and insert them into Clear-Mount Stamp Cases. I have all the inserts dating back to January of 2015 when Stampin’ Up! first started sharing them.
