On January 5th I shared a fun box that I had demonstrated earlier in the week in my Facebook Live broadcast. In that broadcast – the video that I also shared on my January 5th post, I presented another version of that box made with a much larger piece of cardstock. So today I wanted to show you that larger self-closing box, another version of one that same size, and the measurements for each.

Here is the box I introduced in my broadcast.

Measurements…

• Floral Romance Designer Series Paper
  • Two pieces that are 4-3/4” x 6”
  • An image hand-cut from the a scrap of the colorful floral vellum
• Early Espresso Cardstock
  • 11” x 8-1/2”
• Mossy Meadow Cardstock
  • Scrap for punching Starburst
• Whisper White Cardstock
  • Scrap for punching 2” circle

Half-way point on base of designer paper is at 2-3/8″.

Top score line on Early Espresso Cardstock is at 1″. Bottom score line is at 1-1/4″. Score the other direction at 5″ and at 10″. The base is divided and cut at 2-1/2″, 5″, 7-1/2″, and 10″.
