Look at the pretty supplies that came in the March 2018 5th Anniversary Paper Pumpkin kit!
I’ve been playing with the contents of my kit. And today I’d love to share just a few of the alternate project ideas I came up with. (More to come on the 28th and 29th! And then of course my personal subscribers will get several more emailed to them on April 2nd!)
Watch my video first to get measurements, directions, and tips for the intended kit cards/envelopes and the alternate projects I created…
- turn 8 cards into 28!
- a fun flower seed container with a pretty tag
- and two 12×12 scrapbook pages
Then scroll down to see close-up photos, links for more information shared in the video, and a list of extra supplies (linked to my online store) mentioned or used to make my creations.
Here are the cards that the kit instructs how to make.
And here are my “outside-the-box” ideas I created and shared in my video.
TO GET 28 CARDS, MAKE 4 OF THIS PATTERN…
…4 OF EACH OF THESE…
…4 OF EACH OF THESE…
…4 OF THIS DESIGN…
…AND 4 OF THIS ONE (7 DESIGNS X 4 = 28)
And as you can see your cards could have a vanilla or a white base, because the pieces in the kit go with either. (Flip the labels over for the white side.)
The wooden elements came as a free bonus gift to all subscribers this month.
They make for a thicker card. So if you are mailing a card like this, you may want to put it in a bubble mailer.
A PRETTY TAG
The wooden embellishments have both a white side and a natural side.
“SOUR CREAM” SHAPED CONTAINER (WITH TAG)…
I added a clip to keep the opening shut.
TWO SIMPLE 12X12 SCRAPBOOK PAGES
My thinking is that these would be great for displaying a certain special photo in a 12×12 frame on the wall.
