Sorry for the delay. I normally share my first set of Paper Pumpkin alternates around the 21st or 22nd of the month. But I was at a crafting retreat last week Wednesday through Sunday. And then I needed to put time into getting information out about my fun Craft Along event (I’m so excited about this!). I went ahead and shared these February 2026 Celebrate Spring alternates in my Online Paper Crafting Class on YouTube on Wednesday (maybe you tuned in?), but I needed a bit more time to get photos and my connected blog post pulled together.
By the way…this “Celebrate Spring” kit contains enough supplies to make 9 fun cards – 3 of 3 kinds. (Did you get the kit and want to make them as intended? Click here for a link to Stampin’ Up!’s how-to video.)

So FINALLY today I have all of my first set of alternates ready to share with you in my blog…
- How to put together a Note Pad & Pen Holder (using the same base measurements I shared on 2/9/26)
- Directions for assembling a fun fold card (inspired by one I received from Melissa Faust)
- A card idea you could duplicate (with Blends Markers) with just your stamps from the kit
- A super simple alternate kit card made into a wedding card (with the help of the Stampin’ Positioner tool)
- AND…how to turn the supplies for the 3 kit cards into 9 to triple the cards you can get from the kit
Directions for the last 9 cards weren’t given in the video, but I have written measurements and tips below that I believe will be easy to follow.
And as always…I didn’t have enough time to create all that I wanted to. So I am hoping to share more in early March. Stay tuned.
On 2/25/26 I shared these ideas during my Live Online Paper Crafting Class on YouTube. Maybe you tuned in? Watch my video here to get measurements, directions, and tips (or you can just click on this image below if you are already in my blog post). Scroll down to see close-up photos, access the links that I mentioned in my video, and see a list of extra supplies (linked to my online store) that I used to make my creations. Then remember to visit my blog again soon, because I’ll have many more alternate projects that I’ll be sharing in future posts!
I hope you enjoyed what I shared and gained some creative inspiration!
If you did not get this kit, I hope you can apply these ideas to products you already own. OR…become an active subscriber and get in on the refill kit (which typically becomes available after the 20th of each month). The refill kit doesn’t contain the ink and stamp images. But you will at least gain the main pieces and can hopefully replace many of the stamp images I used with some of your own.
Below are close-up photos of the alternates I created I shared in the video. (Remember to watch my video first to get measurements, tips and directions for the first 4 ideas.) The products that I’ve shared or mentioned are shown/listed below and are currently linked to my online store.
Note Pad & Pen Holder that looks sort of like a basket with a floral handle (using the same base measurements I shared on 2/9/26)

A fun fold Easter card inspired by one I received from Melissa Faust)

(oops! I forgot to show the entire inside with the egg paper on the far left. So that means you absolutely need to watch the video. Hahaha)

Here is Melissa’s card…

Technique card featuring Blends Markers (to show that you can still create with just the stamps from the kit after your consumables are all used up)

Super simple wedding card (with the help of the Stampin’ Positioner tool)

“Triple the Kit”
Here are photos of cards I made where I turned the supplies for the 3 kit cards into 9. Doing this with all the cards from your kit will give you 27 cards!!
Measurements…
- Crumb Cake Cardstock
- (9) 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded in half at 5-1/2″
- Kit envelopes (cut from 3 envelopes)
- (3) 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″ white layers from the envelope back
- (6) 2-3/4″ x 4″ white layers from the envelope front
- (3) flaps
- Kit twine
- (3) 5-6″ each (tied into bows)
- Yellow kit card base
- (2) 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Blue kit card base
- 4-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ (printed half)
- 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Green kit card base
- 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ (printed half)
- 3″ x 4-1/4″
- 2-1/2″ x 3″
- (2) 5/8″ x 2-1-2″
These first three cards use the envelope flaps (trimmed on the edges after adhering). I stamped the grass images first on two of the cards before adhering the envelope flap layers. The green and white sentiment strips are the small pieces cut from the green kit card base (one is flipped over to the white side). And insides are the smaller envelope layers.

These next two use the yellow kit card base and inside are the smaller white kit envelope layers. I cut the short tag in the kit in half for the Hello tag on the basket. And all the die-cut images are added with Dimensionals except the lower stems of the flowers. There I used glue to tuck the stems behind the banner. The sentiments are from the stamps, but I used the masking technique to isolate those images when inking.

These next two cards use the blue kit card base and inside are the larger white kit envelope layers. I used the other half of the short tag for the Hello tag on the wreath. And all the die-cut images are added with Dimensionals. Because the sequins from the kit are limited, I added in Rhinestones for some sparkle on these cards. And the white layer behind the oval wreath is one of the smaller white envelope layers trimmed in on the corners.

For the last two I cut the green card base in half. I used the printed half on one card and one of the larger kit envelope layers for the inside. Then I cut the other half of the green kit card into four pieces (measurements are above). The largest of these four was added on the inside of this second card. And the other large piece was used for the sentiment layer on the front. For the peach/pink layer, I cut 3/8″ in on all four sides to make a frame. Then I flipped the pink oval center area over for an all white layer. All the layers and pieces are added with Dimensionals except for the ends of the branches on the first card. There I used glue. And again, because the sequins from the kit are limited, I added in Rhinestones on that first card within the white flowers.

I hope you had fun and gained some creative inspiration!
