A new product will be available starting June 1st in the 2018-19 Annual Catalog. I demonstrated and chatted about the new Big Shot Embossing Mat bundle in my latest Facebook Live broadcast yesterday and made a beautiful butterfly card where I used my dies to emboss rather than cut the cardstock. It’s really amazing how the blue mat in the bundle allows you to do this so that you literally double the value of your dies!

Then I uploaded the recored version of this video to my YouTube channel (since I know not everyone is ON Facebook). Be sure to watch the video, check out the measurements for the card pieces below, and then let me know if you have any questions.
Here are the measurements you’ll need if you plan to recreate the beautiful butterfly card I made in the video.
Measurements…
- Basic Black cardstock:
- 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2”
- Calypso Coral cardstock:
- 4-1/8” x 5-3/8”
- Grapefruit Grove cardstock:
- 4” x 5-1/4”
- Whisper White cardstock:
- 4” x 5-1/4”
- Vellum cardstock:
- Scrap for die-cutting butterfly

And remember that you can flip that sandwich upside down and move the main Big Shot platform under the white impressions pad so you can see where the die is positioned on the cardstock while you are embossing. 😀
