I had an extra Watercolor Wishes Card Kit sitting in among my supplies. So I took it out and over the past two days came up with my own card designs using only the contents of the kit, some Glue Dots, a Paper Snips, some SNAIL Adhesive, and the Basic Black ink pad (which I only used on a couple of the cards since the Night of Navy ink that comes with the kit works so well).

By the way…
I gave a peek at these cards yesterday on Periscope. Maybe some of you saw it. I'm still experimenting with Periscope so I had my settings set for extra security this time (bad experience last time), so you won't see too many comments posted during the recording. But take a peek and let me know what you think. I welcome any advice you can give me on Periscoping, too!

OH! And here is the video Stampin' Up! created to share this great kit.
This kit IS a great value. It includes all the supplies needed (minus a little adhesive and a scissors) to make 20 cards. And then after making the cards, you still have a wonderful stamp set to use again and again.
I love it the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit. I hope it doesn't retire come the end of May. I guess we'll all know on the 18th of April when the list of retiring products gets posted! Mark your calendars.
Hello Rachel,
Here’s to you, you’re amazing,
These cards are prettier than the suggested ones in the original set instructions,
Those are some great alternative cards. What I did, was if the front and back were the same, I cut it in two and made two cards by mounting on another card base. Got lots more cards out of the kit. I love the greetings and that was the main reason for buying to kit.
Wow Rachel!!!! I don’t do Periscope BUT IM AM VERY HAPPY You posted on your Blog?? Love your alternate cards for that kit. Gotta put this kit on my list.
Thank you, Eileen. I am blushing.
Yes! I love the idea of using kits to their fullest! Way to almost double your cards in the kit! And I agree. The kit’s stamp set is fabulous!
Glad you liked my alternate cards. 🙂 I’ll try to post my “scopes” on my blog when I can. I’ll be on Periscope tomorrow with a demonstration. I’ll be sharing the card I’m making for my OnStage (Convention) swaps.
