It’s amazing how one tool, this new Whale Builder Punch can bring me such joy. ?
Today my post is short, but sweet. I assembled the parts and pieces after punching Whisper White and Basic Black Cardstock with this fun punch. And I put together this Orca 3×3 gift card.

Measurements…
- Whisper White Cardstock
- 3″ x 6″ scored parallel to the short side at 3″
- Scrap for punching whale (or even just a portion of the whale)
- Basic Black Cardstock
- Scrap for punching whale
- Whale of a Time Designer Paper
- 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″
Directions…
- After punching the whale shapes, assemble the four main whale body pieces. (I sponged on the Multipurpose Liquid Glue for the belly. And I attached the fins with Glue Dots.)
- Put a super tiny drop of Multipurpose Liquid Glue down for the eye, and adhere a tiny blue sequin.
- Stamp a few fish on the designer paper.
- And then assemble by adding the designer paper to the front of the card and adding the whale to the middle of designer paper.
This would be perfect with the “Whale Done” sentiment stamped on the inside. You could give it (inside a 3×3 Envelope) with a gift or sneak it inside someone’s room, lunch bag, purse, or coat pocket. It’s tiny enough to even leave with a tip to a waiter or waitress at your favorite restaurant.

STAMPIN’ CUT & EMBOSS MACHINES
