I’ve been receiving more cards, and I want to share them with you today! Some of these are birthday cards, some are swap cards, some are just “thinking of you” cards, and the last one is a card that I made at a recent team meeting. Fun, fun, fun ideas!
Dustin Phillips made this adorable card with the Piece of Cake Stamp Set and coordinating Cake Builder Punch. The candle flames look awesome, right? He added Rhinestones and then colored them right on the cardstock with the Daffodil Delight Blends Marker to make a glow around them!

Theresa Gloe made me this flower pot card.

Have you ever made one? Basically the card part inserts into the “flower pot” which is created with an angled-cut piece of cardstock folded two times like this (see below). No need to take it apart as I did in this photo. I just wanted you to see how it worked. All you need to do is slip the insert (with the flowers attached to it) in and out of the flower pot. The sentiment images come from the Special Celebrations Stamp Set.

Make sure the flowers are attached to the insert above the top edge of the flower pot – ideally just in the center of the flowers so that the petals can hang over the pot when the insert is all the way in. Theresa used the large Daisy Punch, the Medium Daisy Punch, and the Leaf Punch along with the coordinating Daisy Lane Stamp Set.

Jo Belmar sent me this sweet, simple card that she made with the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Cards, the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Pack, and the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack. (To see more ideas using these products, check out what I shared on August 20th.)

After the last demonstrator event, both Kristie and Ashley gave me one of their extra swap cards.
I love how Kristie Strumm used the Monster Bash Designer Paper in a less traditional Halloween way. Also featured in her card are the Spooktacular Bash Stamp Set, the Ornate Frames Dies and the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder.

And Oh! How peaceful Ashley Kuphal‘s card looks! She used the Merry Moose Bundle (the stamp set and punch), the Stitched Shapes Dies, and the Woodland Embossing Folder.

It’s hard to see in this photo, but she also painted on a bit of Wink of Stella to add a bit of sparkle to the main tree.

Next are a few cards I received in the mail from friends for no special occasion.
Fellow Demonstrator Council member, Jenni Trembly made me this card using the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set, the Stitched Rectangle Dies, and the 2019-21 In Color 6×6 Designer Paper. Is is not precious!?

And another fellow Demonstrator Council member, Elizabeth Wright sent this adorable “Cow’s It Going” card that she made with images from the Over the Moon Stamp Set.

This next card by Mackenzie Grimme makes my mouth water. (Someday I will find a gluten-free apple pie comparable to the one I used to make. Apple pies are one of my favorite treats!) Mackenzie used the Basket Weave Embossing Folder and the Harvest Hellos Bundle (the stamp set and punch) along with some ink tricks to make this tasty card.

Kristie Strumm gave me this other card, too. (Such a sweetie!) She used the stamp set, the dies, the felt from the embellishment kit, and the designer paper from the Follow Your Art Suite.

This last card is one that I assembled from the make-n-take pieces I received at my upline, Susan Campfield’s demonstrator event on August 24th. She got the idea for this Overlay Fun Fold card from Lisa Curcio, and blogged about it on August 20th with a different card design. It was a fun and easy card to make. And I LOVED that we used the Peaceful Pines Bundle (stamp set and dies) to make it.

I appreciate you stopping by today! Needing to set aside a day to make cards? Did you know that Saturday, October 5th is World Card-Making Day? What a great excuse to gather with your friends for a day of creativity and fun! If you are planning a card-making event, I’d love to hear about it.
