This is Nick's first year in A-ball. And his team is doing VERY well in the play offs – won their first two games so far!
He loves baseball. That's for sure.
We are so proud of him.
Here is a super cute baseball card that I got inspired to make for a swap
after I found a fabulous card on Pinterest.
To make the baseball, punch a 2-1/2" circle. Then use that same punch and divide the circle into two pieces. Adhere it to the center of the Circle Card Thinlits base card so that there is a slight gap in the middle. (Be sure to pierce the holes for the stitch marks before adhering.) The red chevrons are made with a framelit that comes in that same Circle Card Thinlits collection.
Nick's next game in the playoffs is Tuesday night. (Woo Hoo!! Best wishes, Nicholas!)
Supply list for today's card:
I'm gearing up for Convention!! I fly out to Salt Lake City, Utah on Wednesday morning. Grandma and Grandpa arrive today to see Nick's game tomorrow night and to take our kiddos for the rest of the week for "Camp Gram and Gramp." (Daddy gets to stay at home so he can do home improvement projects. Hopefully he'll have good weather.) Our days are filled! I will try to post pictures while I'm out in Salt Lake City.
