#onstage2016
We've been having a blast out here in Salt Lake City, Utah at the 2016 OnStage Live Stampin' Up! convention. So today I thought I'd share some more project ideas and then a few more photos of the fun we are having out here. (Remember, I can't share any sneak peeks of new products until Monday afternoon.)
On Wednesday night (as you may recall in my previous post) our group gathered to enjoy dinner, conversation, hugs and stamped gifts. In planning for this event, I had trouble coming up with a gift that I could give that wouldn't take me much time. Because it never fails… I end up having WAY less time than I think I'm going to have in the days and weeks before I leave.
Then I saw some adorable personalized Bone Folders being shared on Facebook that other demonstrators were having made for their team members, and I realized THAT was what I wanted too. So I chatted with fellow demonstrator and owner of TaDa Moments, Tamra Davis (the one creating all these great personalized tools) and was so excited to find out she could also take care of my request in just the few days left before it was time for us to all arrive here. AND she could bring them with her!
Well not only did she print them and bring them, but she hand delivered them to my hotel. I had them in time for our group dinner Wednesday night, and everyone loved them. (Thanks, Tamra!)
Here are some more photos I took at home of these gifts before I had the personalized Bone Folders in hand.
I love how sometimes ideas come to me after I think I'm done with a project. The clips needed a little something extra, so I embellished them with sections of the strips that come in the rhinestone packets. OH! And these clips are not a current product anymore, but they can be found in the clearance rack. So right now you can still get your hands on them. They were the perfect way to close up the gift bags.
I also made matching cards for those attending in my Stampers With Art group. And inside I enclosed some Demo Dollars ("money" I give to stampers in my group for their accomplishments/actions/etc. that they can spend on whatever with me – products, classes, etc.).
Product list for cards and gift bags…
I also decorated this bag of granola for my sweet friend, teammate and roommate, Gloria.

Here I am with even more new friends in line waiting for the sneak peek at the May Paper Pumpkin kit. We are excited because we also get to do a make-n-take with this upcoming new kit!
And I was told I could already share it with you!!!
Thank you, Justin Knutson (and team!) for doing such a great job with our Paper Pumpkin kits!
Dinner tonight was at California Pizza Kitchen. The company was fabulous (Cheryl Lee, Mary Kiley, Anita Dickson, Linda Larson, Brenda Cardinal, Susan Campfield, Terri Phelps, Sandy Stellenberg and Carol Rosengren) and the food was wonderful!
We even perused the new catalog! (you are all gonna love what is coming!!!)
Looks like everyone is having such a blast! I absolutely love the bone file and would love to order one for my team! We were all just talking about personalizing our bone files so we know who’s is who’s!
Love, love, love the new kit and can’t wait to see the sneak peaks on Monday! TFS!
I so enjoy reading about your adventures….safe travels. Can’t wait to see what you do outside the box with the April Paper Pumpkin kit. I’m letting mine age till I come up with something other than the cute little wreath…..not really my cup of tea but the green sheets look promising to play with the botanical thinlits.
Woo hoo! I can’t wait to SHARE on Monday. It’s killing me.
I hear ya. I’m not a “small wreath” kind of gal either (even though I think it’s super cute). So I’ll be coming up with other ideas I’m sure.
Thank you for the “safe travel” wishes. Yes! Those Botanical flowers would look great with those green strips!
So much fun and enthusiasm … I feel it through your pics! Thanks for sharing.
Best pictures over all that I have seen so far from On Stage! Thanks for capturing these moments. Thanks for sharing them with all of us. Sherrill Graff Late Night Stamper
Thanks Susan! Glad the enthusiasm showed through. I STILL can’t calm down. LOL
Thanks, Sherrill! Wow! What a nice compliment. (And I couldn’t even share all that I wanted to. More to come later this week.)
