Here’s another Accordion Stretch Card…this time featuring the Spooky Sweet Designer Paper and the Spooky Halloween Stamp Set! I shared the start of this card back in June. (You can see it at the 47 minute mark of this 6/5/25 video titled June 2025 Show & Share: Gifted Cards, Swaps, New Products…) I can’t believe it was that long ago! And I finally finished it a couple weeks ago. If you were waiting for it, thanks for your patience.

This type of fun fold card is a great way to show off a whole span of 12 inches of your favorite designer paper in an 11 inch space – just add some creases! Above is the front/outside of the card. And below is the inside which really displays nicely that scenery paper from the Spooky Sweet Designer Paper pack. (Notice the kitty in the window.)

I shared a few cards like this recently. All of them included an extra folded Basic White Cardstock layer hidden on the inside for a place to sign the card.
- The first I shared on 6/1/25 features the Floral Impressions Designer Paper.
- The second I shared on 6/5/25 features the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Paper.
- And the third I shared on 7/2/25 features the Painterly Pears Designer Paper.
The inside style of this one is a little different. For this unique paper I used my cutting blade attachment for my Take Your Pick tool and my glass mat for my underlying surface to cut three sides of the window with the kitty (top, right, and bottom) and folded the fourth side (left) to “hinge it” to allow it to open. Then I placed Basic White Cardstock behind the opening before connecting the designer paper into the base of the card.

Measurements…
- Basic Black Cardstock
- 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2”
- Basic White Cardstock
- 3/4” x 4”
- 2” x 3”
- 3/8″ x1-3/4″
- Spooky Sweet Designer Paper
- (scenery) 4-1/4” x 12” scored at 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, 9”
- (gray) 4” x 5-1/4”
- (banner) 1-1/8″ x 4-1/2″
- die-cut image of crow and pumpkins
- Petunia Pop 1/4” Iridescent Ribbon
- 9”
After attaching the right side of that 12″ length of designer paper to the inside of the card, connect the left side.

Stamp the words on the white strips. Cut the smaller one to isolate the two words (eat sweets) and adhere them to the inside of the card inside/under the window. Cut the larger strip into a banner and curl the end with the Bone Folder. Adhere this to the designer paper banner image, and add this to the larger gray designer paper layer. Stamp the sparkle image here and there. Then adhere this to the front of the card. Add the die-cut crow/pumpkins image with a Dimensional. Add the ribbon tied in a bow with a Glue Dot.
Of the four cards I’ve made now, do you have a favorite? Have you made a version of this type of card? Please share in the Stamp Your Art Out Group on Facebook. I’d LOVE to see it.
