On August 13th I shared how to create 36 greeting cards with the contents of the Celebrate Together Scrapbooking Workshop Kit. Click here for that post, the measurements, and more. You can watch my instructional video by clicking here* (or you can just click on this image below if you are already here in my blog post and can view it).
After creating all those cards, I put together a scrapbook page layout (as promised) with the remaining pieces from that kit, two sheets of 12×12 White Willow Cardstock, and the use of my 2-3/8″ Circle Punch to make the sun. ☀️ Ta-da!

I embellished with some Rhinestones (the same embellishments I used for the 36 cards) and also used a bit more White Willow Cardstock for the 4-1/4″ x 6-1/4″ and 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ photo mats. The Basic Black layers represent where my photos will go.
Other Significant measurements…
- Light Fresh Freesia Floral Paper
- 8-1/4″ x 12″
- 3/4″ x 10-1/2″ (although you only see 3/8″ x 10-1/2″ since a portion is underneath the other strip)
- 1-1/2″ x 2-1/4″
- Blackberry Bliss Floral Paper
- 8-1/4″ x 12″
- Colorful Floral Paper
- 3/4″ x 12″
- 3/4″ x 10-1/2″
- 1-1/2″ x 2-1/4″
- Yellow Striped Paper
- 3/4″ x 10-1/2″ (although you only see 3/8″ x 10-1/2″ since a portion is underneath the other strip)
- 1-1/2″ x 2-1/4″
- 2-3/8″ Circle
- 1/4″ strips
- Fresh Freesia Two-Tone Cardstock
- 1″ x 12″ (although you only see 1/4″ x 12″ since a portion is underneath the Fresh Freesia Floral Paper)
The Blackberry Bliss sticker strips with the scalloped edges are the pieces I used above and below the Fresh Freesia Floral Paper.

So you can get 36 cards from that kit AND a scrapbook page layout!!

During my instructional video on August 13th, I used a second Celebrate Together kit to demonstrate how to make those 36 cards. I didn’t make each and every card during that Live video of course, but I made a few of them. And I partially assembled a few others.
So… after the video was over I had a good amount of that second kit to still work with. And I really wanted to make some of the suggested page designs. So I followed the cutting and assembly instructions for two of the three layouts.

Well…I SORT OF followed the cutting and assembly instructions for two of those layouts. If you look closely you can see that my layouts are slightly different. But that’s what I really love about these scrapbooking kits. The papers AREN’T pre-cut and scored. So you CAN change them up to make them accommodate your photo amounts and sizes, your specific event that you are documenting, your style, etc.
For this layout, I really liked the suggested main portions of the left page, and kept things very similar. But I replaced the three white journaling strips with a third photo. Then for the right page, I felt like there should be another angled photo and a bit more open space. So I eliminated the 4th photo, changed out the journaling piece, and added my strips a bit differently.

My strips on the right page measure 1-1/4″ x 5-3/4″ (upper floral), 1-1/2″ x 10-3/8″ (lower floral), and 2″ x 11″ (blue striped). All the other measurements I believe are the same as those from the kit directions.

For this layout, I also really liked the main portions of the right page but I flipped it and made it become my left page. I added a taller beverage in the upper left taking away the shorter one in the lower right that would’ve covered up a good portion of one of my photos. My right page (which was the left page in the instructions) holds one more photo, the layout is reversed with the beverages on the right side, it has less beverage images, and it has a bit less greenery (plus an underlying 2-1/8″ x 3-1/4″ blackish rectangle – leftover from the cards I demonstrated) in the journaling area.

This finished layout just has a bit more balanced feel to me with these changes I made.

Here are the cards that I made with the rest of the kit. These include cards I fully or partially assembled during the Live video class…

…and others that I put together afterwards with the remainder of my cut and scored card bases, cut layers, and more.

So I hope I was able to give you even more inspiration with the contents of this kit.
