It’s just so much fun being a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator!!
What a fantastic weekend it was at the April 2018 OnStage event. I attended the one located in Hartford, Connecticut. And it was glorious! There is so much to tell you that I can’t possibly put it all into one post. But as of 1:00 PM Mountain Time the new products we received and saw, the news on the changing colors and updated ink pads, the photos of the displays and the demonstrations, the gifts we got, and the image of the catalog (cover only at this time) can now officially be shared!
But first you need to also know that also as of 1:00 PM Mountain Time today, we can share with you the products that are now retiring from the current catalogs: the 2017-18 Annual Catalog and the 2018 Occasions Catalog.
CLICK HERE for more detailed information, to access the lists and links, for dates about transitioning into the new catalog, AND to find out how you can get your hands on the new 2018-19 Annual Catalog.
Be sure to take a good look at the retiring products list so that you don’t miss out on getting items that you have wanted. Some things sell out quickly!
Here is a photo of me with those in my team who attended in Hartford (Lynda Patsolas, Mary Spelbrink, Pam Vogrin and Pauline Poindexter) with the new 2018-19 Catalog! We are excited. Can you tell!? And isn’t this catalog cover a fun one?
It’s a colorful and vibrant cover, because the biggest change this coming year is the Color Revamp! Five years ago Stampin’ Up! did a Color Refresh. But this is even bigger because not only are there some fun color changes within the families (new colors and returning colors), but the families have changed a bit to add 3 more colors…
AND the ink pads and ink quality have been updated. (I’ll share more about all this in my color comparison post tomorrow.)
Here are photos from a few of the demonstrations from OnStage showing some of the new stuff! (I’m sharing LOTS of photos, so I can’t name all the new products used. But hopefully you’ll enjoy the photos anyway. I tried to show a variety.)
Most product demonstrations and presentations were live at each OnStage location, but some were pre-recorded. We didn’t have cofounder, Shelli Gardner or her daughter, Sara Douglass, the CEO of Stampin’ Up! at our location, but we were able to watch them demonstrate together during one of the recorded videos.
And as always, they were a hoot to watch and kept us in stitches.
Here are some of the projects they shared.
These photos are of the display boards showing many of the new products.
Yay! The new 2018-20 In Colors! – Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple Punch, Call Me Clover and Blueberry Bushel.
The Stampin’ Blends line is expanding as well! Lots of new colors to pick from!!
This first photo gives you a glimpse at the April 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit and a little peek at the May 2018 kit!! Sign up (or make sure your account is active) before the end of tomorrow to get this fabulous nautical themed note card kit. And if you are new to Paper Pumpkin, be sure to use the SAVEFIFTY0418 to save 50% off your first two kits.
These last three photos are of the many gifts and prizes I received this time. They really spoil us!

Tune in tomorrow for more details on the Color Revamp. And remember to glance over the retiring products to see if there is anything you need to get before it’s gone for good.
Thank you so much for sharing the great pictures and enthusiasm! So wished I could have come, but we went to Colorado to ski as family. Can’t wait!!
It’s hard to be in two fun places at the same time. 😉 I’m sure you made some great memories skiing. Glad you enjoyed what I shared, Pam.
Love your post and the sneak peek photos! I have 2 questions about 2 new products. In the Petal Promenade suite is that a thinlit to make a small envelope? In the second photo of the bundles photos the third pic is that a thinlit for a small container (sometimes called a sour cream container)? My screen is small so sometimes it’s hard to make out details. Thank you for your blog and I really like your PP blog hop at the end of each month.
Thanks Pamela. 🙂
That isn’t a thinlit for a small envelope. There are two in there…one helps to create a liner for a regular envelope, and the the other is a tag topper piece (guessing that’s what you are looking at). Yes to your second question. That set of framelits will make the sour cream-type containers. That was a blurry photo. Sorry about that.
Hello Rachel,
Thank you for sharing all of this info! It’s as comprehensive and helpful as everything you share – and it’s very much appreciated! Thanks again for this and for all of the creative ideas and inspiration you share! Kristen
Oh, thank you so much Kristen! You put a big smile on my face with your generously kind comment. I’m glad my information helped.
