Card stock, papers, etc… There are many 'right' ways to organize and store those flat supplies, but be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight. You don't want your paper and card stock to fade. I keep my 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in a file drawer – each color gets it's own folder. And you'll notice that I keep the Stampin' Up! color families grouped. This works for me. But you could also organize by color: all reds together, all blues together, etc. My scraps are held in the file folders as well. I used to store them separately, but found that I had to look in two separate places when needing a certain color. And that was just too much work. 🙂
I keep my 12" x 12" card stocks and papers in a shelving system that I put together using one of those wire mesh organizers. I used cable ties for attaching them together the way I wanted. Basically I started with a cube shape and then inserted 'shelves' into it.
