We are up north at my parents lake place (the cabin) celebrating the Fourth of July this weekend with my side of the family…Uncle Bob, Auntie Micala, Cousin Yvette… Auntie Renee, Cousins Joe, Jake and Robbie…and Grandma and Grandpa!
They helped Daddy light off fireworks last night.
We had fresh waffles each morning.
Cousin Yvette was super fun. (Luke almost tipped over as he was trying to accommodate how Yvette wanted to sit in his lap.)
It's been fun and very enjoyable. The weather has been pretty close to perfect. Even the new restaurant we tried on the way up Friday let me bring in my own food since they had nothing I could eat.
I wish I would've had more photos of everyone to share. But my iPhone didn't cooperate much. And I kept forgetting my Canon in the cabin.
The boys are disappointed it is ending today. But we will try to stay a bit longer to take in one more swim.
