Last month I shared with you a scrapbook page that I created as a swap. I made 110 of them! I was exhausted and swore I would NEVER do 110 scrapbook pages for a swap ever again. So because of how exhausting this was, I decided that this page would serve another purpose. I created an opposing coordinating page, and that spread was what my scrapbookers made last weekend at my Scrappin' Sunday event.
Because many of you followed along with me when I blogged about this swap (finally completing it with the help of fellow demonstrators), I just had to share what I added to make this spread complete. What do you think?
It's a much simpler page, but I think it compliments the other one well and keeps the attention on the impressiveness of the circular word/image pattern. I added more wooden snowflakes and glimmer stars. And the other snowflake peeking out of the grid paper comes from the center of the doily.
My measurements:
- Cucumber Crush card stock (6-1/4" x 4-1/4” and scrap for "joy" piece)
- Cherry Cobbler card stock (two that are 4-1/4" x 4-1/4”… one that is 3-3/4" x 3-3/4"…and two that are 2-1/8" x 3")
- Basic Black card stock (6" x 4"…two that are 4" x 4”… one that is 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"…and two that are 1-7/8" x 2-3/4")
- Project Life Grid Card (trim to 4" x 2-1/4")
Now to add photos!
Product List
Well, I was completely awed by the single page, but the double page spread is more than twice as awesome – the simpler page really enhances the more complex page and the splash of Cucumber Crush is perfect!
Thank you! I appreciate your kind comment. 🙂
