When I first started stamping, I invested in ALL of the markers FIRST and built my collection of ink pads later. Markers are less expensive, they have 2 writing tips, and the brush tip can act as a stamp pad by using the side of the brush tip and coloring on the rubber to ink a stamp image. And what's really great is with markers you can give an image multiple colors. That's what I did with this stamp image from the Kind & Cozy stamp set.

So after coloring the rubber of your stamp with markers to ink it up, just keep in mind that you'll need to moisten up the ink before stamping it onto your card stock. So next use your breath and exhale deep from your lungs onto the inked up stamp. You'll re-wet the ink enough to stamp. Just be sure to do THIS rather than blowing which can dry the ink even more.

Rachel, Your “You’re a Whole Lot of Wonderful” explanation was terrific. I wonder why I can’t come up with ideas like this. Thank you.

Trying to recall what this was, Elizabeth. Sorry I’m not sure what you are referring to.
