Many of you have been asking to share photos of my craft room/office as it looks now – before the big remodel starts next week. I don't have everything photographed yet, but I promise to share it all soon. In the meantime, here are a few glimpses of what will be disappearing.
- Cabinetry that doesn't match and isn't deep enough.
- Drab carpeting and wall color.
- Too much open shelving and not enough places to "hide it all."
- A sad home for my ribbon, more open shelves that expose all that I own, and no place to store my bags and totes.
- One work space for creating with lots of things underneath.
My room looks decent, but it's just not functional enough for me anymore. I'm ready to purge the mismatched furniture, make use my wasted wall space, brighten it up and put in pretty colors and flooring, make it more functional with several specific work spaces, and have a place for everything! (Renovations begin next week!)
