It’s that time of year where I’m torn between creating with upcoming new products from the upcoming January-April 2023 Mini Catalog & Sale-a-Bration Brochure and creating with outgoing products from the current July-December 2022 Mini Catalog. Today I thought I’d share a card made with products from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog…my third version of the Rustic Harvest cards I posted on October 5th. This one has more of a fall/autumn flair because of the warmer tones. I can see it as a Happy Thanksgiving card of course, but it would also really work for other autumn occasions: birthday, welcome, thinking of you, or even new baby.

- Soft Suede Cardstock
- 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored parallel the the short side at 4-1/4”
- Scraps for die-cutting 2 stems
- Vellum Cardstock
- 4” x 5-1/4”
- Basic White Cardstock
- 1” x 2-3/4”
- 4” x 5-1/4” for the inside
- Pumpkin Pie Cardstock
- Scraps for die-cutting pumpkins
- Old Olive Cardstock
- Scraps for die-cutting tendrils
- Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon
- 16”
The layer behind the pumpkins and sentiment strip is vellum. When vellum is embossed, the bent/embossed fibers turn white. Cool, right?
If you watch the how-to video in my October 5th post, you can access directions for creating and assembling all these layers. The card in the video is different, but the measurements and directions are similar. And that video should give you all the tips and tricks you need.
