Here is another card that we made for last week's Stamp-A-Stack event. We used the new Moon Baby stamp set (available in wood-mount or clear-mount), Watercolor Pencils and Lace Doilies from the 2017 Occasions Catalog. (A list of all the supplies are below.)
At my Stamp-A-Stack events, I share at least 3 varieties for each set of cards. Many participants just copy the cards I share, but it's amazing all the other versions that some of the attendees create.
Here are the other 2 varieties I had on display at my event.
Measurements:
- Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral or Daffodil Delight Cardstock: 11" x 4-1/4" folded in half for card base
- Whisper White Cardstock: 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" and 5-1/4" x 4" for the inside
- Basic Gray Cardstock: 3-5/8" x 3-5/8"
Tips/Directions:
- Stamp desired image/s on the 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" Whisper White piece. Color with Watercolor Pencils and use Blender Pen to soften and blend the colors…to give it more of a "watercolor" look.
- Attach 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" Whisper White piece to the 3-5/8" x 3-5/8" Basic Gray piece.
- Add paper clip (and doily pieces?) to this layer. Then attach this to the card front with Dimensionals. Add any more doily pieces if you wish.
- Stamp words and/or images on the 5-1/4" x 4-1/4" Whisper White piece, then attach to the inside of the card.
