Ever have one of those weeks?
I have to apologize…I recorded my December Paper Pumpkin video of alternate ideas this past Tuesday and was planning to post it (share it on YouTube and here on my blog) by Friday or Saturday. But on Wednesday morning, the next day I upgraded iMovie on my computer. And from that small mistake on I spent 3 days working with an expert at Apple support because of all the damage that was created from the upgrade. Lots of tears were shed, and (long story short)… I have to start from scratch again. My video will be late this month. In fact those of you who subscribe to My Paper Pumpkin may receive your January kit before you see my December video.
Then of course I had to get a cold on top of it all. Trying to work on it posting something fun today with tissues and Dayquil in hand. Thank you for your understanding.

The other day I was helping my girlfriend place an online order for a Paper Pumpkin prepaid subscription. We walked through the process together on my computer here at my house. And when we finished, I discovered that she showed up as a "NO CONTACT" order in my system. If she was someone I didn't know, I would NOT be able to send her a thank you. A "NO CONTACT" order is just that… I get no contact information on my end.
I was surprised, but I realized how EASY it was for us to just check "no" when a pop-up window appeared during the ordering process. We were in a hurry. Plus, the way it was worded…by checking YES, it seemed like she would be put on some sort of mailing list.
Of course I know Jenny, so I was able to thank her anyway. But it made me wonder about all the orders I get online where I get no contact information. I truly hope that those who have ordered from me in the past know that by checking "no", I cannot email to thank them.
So to those of you who have placed online orders with me that I haven't personally thanked – I hope you are reading this. I really do appreciate your ordering from me. Thank you so much for supporting me in my business. Please know, too that if you have any questions or concerns about your products, I am here to help you. Call, email, text or message me so we can get things taken care of. I want you to be a happy stamper. 😉

ORDERING A PREPAID PAPER PUMPKIN
To order a prepaid Paper Pumpkin Subscription, go to my Online Store: Click “Shop” or “Shop Now” in the upper right corner of my blog…

Once in my store, sign in or create an account…

Enter your Prepaid Subscription code. (Online Paper Pumpkin Club members purchase a One-Month Subscription each month. The code shown in this example is for a One-Month Subscription.)…

Click enter (or click on the arrow to the right of where you entered your code) and this page will appear. Double check to be sure you are purchasing the correct item, then click the “Add to Bag” button…

This window will pop up asking if you wish to continue shopping or not. If you are ready to check out, then click the “View Shopping Bag” button…

It is on this page that you enter your hosting code if you have one. (Online Paper Pumpkin Club members need to enter your code here where the arrow is pointing.) On this page if you decide to continue shopping, you may do so by clicking on the “Continue Shopping” words in the upper right. (Make sure to check over the “Special Offers” section just in case there is a special that pertains to you.)…

If you entered a hosting code, you will see the hosting code and the host/hostess the code is linked to listed in the bottom left. Check out if you are done shopping…

Enter your payment, billing and shipping information. Notice that Paper Pumpkin Prepaid subscriptions do NOT have any shipping & handling charges applied. That is because the shipping & handling is already included in the cost of the product. Taxes will apply (this amount will vary depending on where you are shipping your kit).

Review & Submit your order…

You will then get two emails – one from Stampin’ Up! thanking you for your order, and the other from Paper Pumpkin/Stampin’ Up! telling you what code number to enter to redeem your kit…

Go to www.paperpumpkin.com and either subscribe (if you are new to Paper Pumpkin) or sign in if you have received kits in the past. (If you are new to Paper Pumpkin, clicking the link in the previous sentence will automatically assign me to be your demonstrator. Thank you.)

Under “My Account” scroll down and click Edit under Subscription Details.

This window will pop up. Here is where you enter your Prepaid Redemption Code (code indicated in your email).

After adding this code, click Redeem.

Shipping information needs to be in your account so your kits will ship to you. So be sure that is up-to-date.
If you are a current subscriber, you do NOT need to change anything in your account. Credit card information that was previously listed can stay AS IS. This way when you are not entering prepaid codes, you can continue to receive these fun kits each month.
If you are a new subscriber, you MAY enter your credit card information. This way when you are not entering prepaid codes, you can continue to receive these fun kits each month. If you do NOT enter your credit card information, kits will not mail to you after your prepaid subscription ends. Your account will be accessible with your user name & password, though. Save this information for when you want to make changes to your account. Click here to learn more about Paper Pumpkin kits. And contact me if you have any questions.
