Every year (without fail) the outgoing In Color collection sells out quickly when the retiring list of products gets posted. If you haven't stocked up on your reinkers and other coordinating products from your favorite 2014-16 In Color colors, I suggest you do so soon.
These are some 3×3 note cards I created when these 2014-16 colors first came out almost 2 years ago. The ribbons you see there are already gone, but I think these cards show off these fantastic colors beautifully so I had to share this photo again. 2014-15 Stamp Your Art Out Ribbon Shares
The above photo is showing off our super soft new 1/4" Cotton Ribbon.
This photo below displays our new 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon ready for mailing.
As a demonstrator, I was able to order the Satin Stitched Ribbon rolls early. These ribbons are available in our new 2014-16 In Colors. Here are some adorable and simple baby cards I put together using these In Color products, the Work of Art stamp set and the Something for Baby stamp set with matching framelits. (All card supplies are listed below, and the product images are linked to my online store so you can get the full details on each item.)
Each baby card is made from a 4-1/4" x 8-1/2" piece of card stock that was folded in half.
I stamped the background with images from Work of Art using the coordinating ink pad color. Then I used that same color stamp pad to stamp images from the baby set onto Whisper White card stock scraps. Investing in a Big Shot and magnetic platform is so-o-o-o-o-o worth it! Framelits make images quick and painless to cut out. If you need to budget though, you could hand-cut out all the images using a simple Paper Snips or scissors. It takes a little more time and patience, but it's the way we did it before getting spoiled with all the great cutting tools out there.
On a side note to all of you Paper Pumpkin fans… I will be working on ideas using May's Paper Pumpkin kit this week. So I promise I'll be sharing them soon! Stay tuned!!

(The purples and yellows are a little "off." The lighting isn't perfect here. I rely on the sun, and we've had nothing but rain for days. But the comparison photos at least give you an idea on how the colors compare even if certain ones aren't as accurately shown in the photos.)
I've had my hands the new 2014-16 In Color Card Stock since Monday evening when I won it as a prize at the Stampin' Up! Catalog Premiere event.
I may have to post again today after my order arrives!
