The cards I’m sharing today I actually made this summer for some July birthdays after falling in love and purchasing the Many Layered Blossoms dies and coordinating stamp set, Blossoms in Bloom from the 2020-21 Annual Catalog that had just debuted. Sorry that I forgot to share them earlier. Thankfully flower cards can be enjoyed year-round.
They are fairly quick and easy cards to make, because you can literally decorate three cards with one assembled set of die-cuts.
Here are the details if you want to recreate a set of these cards yourself.
Products I used… See below for a complete list of products linked to where you can find them in my online store.

Measurements needed for three cards…
- Whisper White Cardstock:
- three pieces at 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored parallel to the short end at 5-1/2”
- three pieces at 4” x 5-1/4”
- three 2” Circles
- Blushing Bride Cardstock:
- three pieces at 1-1/2″ x 4”
- three 2” Circles
- Rococo Rose Cardstock:
- 5” x 5-1/2” piece for die-cutting large blossoms
- Cherry Cobbler Cardstock:
- 5” x 5-1/2” piece for die-cutting large blossoms
- Gold Metallic-Edge Ribbon:
- three pieces at 5-1/2”
Directions for one card…
- Die-cut the large blossoms: thicker one with Rococo Rose Cardstock, thinner one with Cherry Cobbler Cardstock. Layer these together with sponged-on Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Cut straight across to separate the two bottom flowers. Then cut the larger cluster of five flowers in half perpendicular to the first cut.
- Emboss the Blushing Bride piece and adhere to the bottom of the 4” x 5-1/4” Whisper White piece. Add the flower cluster with sponged-on Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Color the ribbon with Cherry Cobbler and Rococo Rose Blends Markers. Allow to dry. Then attach to the front of this layer wrapping and adhering the ends to the back.
- Stamp the outside sentiment on the lower portion of the 2” Whisper White circle. Cut off the top portion and add to the card layer tucking the top edge under the ribbon a bit. Add this whole layer to the front of the card using Dimensionals.
- Stamp the inside sentiment on the 2” Blushing Bride circle. Then attach on the inside of the card.
I made three more with some of our beautiful purples.
And here is what the insides looked like.
And now for some Paper Pumpkin news for subscribers!…

How lovely! This was THE set I had to have when the catalog came out and I’ve not been disappointed. I’ve played with cutting them in two, but hadn’t tried three! I can’t wait to give this a try. Thank you for posting them.
One of my top favorites, too! I’ve loved seeing the cards where the thicker die is done in vellum. I need to play with that more.
Thank you for this wonderful idea! I have used that set a lot but didn’t think to slice it up! I love the way they turned out! Thanks for all that you share.
Glad you enjoyed the what I shared, Carolee. Thanks!
