On August 24th my upline Susan Campfield held a demonstrator team event. One of the make-n-take projects was a Shutter Fold Card. In fact it was that event with Carol Rosengren’s demonstration of another variation of the card that inspired the Shutter Fold cards I shared with you on August 31st. You’ll want to click here to view my how-to video for this type of card.
This is the Shutter Fold card Susan designed for us to recreate.
I find it so magical that just opening the card up gives such a fantastic presentation.
The shutter portion opening up in the middle is addicting. You’ll find that you just want to open and shut your card several times in a row.

And this is the Shutter Fold card I created using some pieces that Susan had given us for a mini 3″ x 4″ card. I didn’t want to make the small one, so I took the pieces home and used them to make this full-size card.
