Thank you to all who have helped out with Nick’s Jazz Band Disney World trip fundraiser and to all those who have wished him well with your messages, emails, notes, and comments on his Paper Pumpkin alternates video and on my May 29th blog post. He’s doing great! So far he has earned $211.67 just from those who have used his host code so far this month to purchase Stampin’ Up! product. Amazing!
This has been a busy week here…the last week of school, our garage sale, the kick off of the new catalog, and ordering for product shares (which will arrive next week!). So I apologize for my lack of idea sharing on my blog. But I have some fun cards to show you tomorrow featuring new product. Nick has been making thank you cards for those who used his host code (I can’t wait to show you those). I hope to work on a couple card designs this weekend (I need to make some birthday and congrats cards). And I have a couple more May 2019 Paper Pumpkin alternates to show you. So I promise to get back in the swing of blogging my ideas again soon.
In the meantime, I just wanted to touch base to thank you and to share a couple photos from our garage sale.
We held the sale Wednesday and yesterday so far, and were blessed by the MOST beautiful weather. And then we have one more day of the sale tomorrow from 9-3. Stop by is you live close enough. There are still 5 tables filled with stamps, tools, punches, ribbons, embellishments, designer paper, cardstock, inks, storage and more! You can get more information/details by clicking here.
This photo from Wednesday morning shows what happens during the first couple hours of the sale. These gals are shoulder-to-shoulder over the stamp sets. And they are smiling and having fun!
Do you see the stamp set on the left in that gal’s hands? Yep, I finally sold my Button Bear set. It was hard to give up. It’s a classic.
The boys made some sales from their lemonade/cookie stand after school on Wednesday and Thursday. And they will be set up the entire time from 9-3 on Saturday to help provide refreshments to the shoppers and earn a little bit more money. Nick (as I’m sure you guessed) is putting his garage sale earnings towards his Disney trip. And Luke is saving up for a phone which we said he could get when he turns 13 (next February).
But today is their first day of summer vacation. So they are relaxing, playing outside, and just being “chill” today.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend!

Quick question. Is SU going to be showing us a sneak preview of the upcoming PP from now on? I love the surprise of not knowing what it is going to be. Thanks for your help. Sue
Not sure. They’ve been giving us some good teasers lately, haven’t they. Do you feel like you’ve been seeing too much? Or are you just referring to the card we saw from the Hugs from Shelli kit?
Yes, I don’t like to see anything in the box. Maybe just the box if it is not the regular one. I can’t wait each month to here my PP is on its way. I know it just me, but I totally enjoy the surprise. Thanks Rachel for all your beautiful cards and ideas. Sue
😉 You are one of the rare ones. But I’m glad you like the surprise. Definitely don’t join (or tune into) the Paper Pumpkin Fan Club on Facebook then. images are shared right away when the first person’s kit arrives.
Thanks Sue!
