I am currently overseas on my Stampin' Up!® incentive trip. So I have invited a few from my Stampers With ART team to be guest bloggers for me!…
Hello! I’m Mackenzie Grimme, and I live in Colorado with my husband, our two daughters, and our new puppy. I joined Stampin’ Up! under Rachel back in October 2013. I decided to join because I was already familiar with the great Stampin’ Up! products (I went to card classes with my mom when I was a kid), and I love making things. While I enjoy getting a discount on our awesome craft supplies, my favorite part of being a Demo is being able to share projects on my website and occasionally teach card classes in person. I love inspiring others to make something! I invite you to check out other ideas on my blog: http://www.mackenziemakes.com/blog/

- Whisper White cardstock: 4” x 2” (for die-cutting), 4-1/4” x 2-1/2” (for inside), scrap for punching
- Fresh Florals DSP: 4” x 3”
Instructions:
- Stamp “For My Friend” on the Whisper White scrap piece and punch out with Classic Label Punch.
- Stamp the rest of the greeting on the 4-1/4” x 2-1/2” Whisper White piece to be adhered to the inside of the card.
- Die-cut the shorter floral die and the edge die from the 4” x 2” Whisper White piece.
- Adhere the DSP piece to the top of the card, leaving a 1/8” border on the top and sides.
- Adhere the die-cut piece right under the DSP piece. Tip for adhering intricate die-cuts: Pour a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on a paper plate and use a portion of a Stamping Sponge to pick up some of the glue. Dab glue on the back side of the die-cut piece, then adhere to card.
- Adhere punched out sentiment using Dimensionals.
- Add a Metallic Enamel Shape to the center of one of the die-cut flowers.
Thanks for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed what my guest blogger had to share today.
