Do you need a last minute card for that someone special? Here is a corner fold card that I created with our Wonderland Vellum (on sale right now), Christmas Greetings thinlits, and Snowflake Elements.
The full list of supplies needed to make this card is at the bottom of this post. And each item is linked to where you can find it in my online store.
Vellum is so pretty, but it's usually a challenge to attach to projects. (Adhesives show through so easily.) On this card, I added Rhinestones to the centers of a few snowflakes. And underneath the vellum where I placed the rhinestones is where I strategically placed Glue Dots.
I also wanted a little sparkle on the right side of the card, so I added a small rhinestone in the middle of the wooden Snowflake Element. The twine underneath comes from a "thread" of Burlap ribbon.
So how did I make the corner fold for this card?
Here is a quick video that gives instructions and tips…
(Did you like the other two cards? I have a couple posts about them. Click here to see the butterfly card. Click here to see the ornament card.)
And here is a slightly different version of this same card. This was the first one of the two that I made, but it didn't seem as "peaceful" to me. What do you think? Which version is your favorite?

Excellent instructions. I have seen this card design before but never has it been explained as well as you did in your video. Great job! Did you get your craft room finished? I would love to see it and I live very close by in Coon Rapids. Do you ever have any card classes or make and takes?
Thank for the video. I’d seen it before but couldn’t remember how to do it. Thanks for the reminder!
Thanks, Linda. 🙂
My craft room is almost done. I just posted an update tonight. We’ve been so busy working on it…even today on Christmas day before going to my sister’s house. LOL
And I have classes very often. So email me and get me your contact information so I can add you to my mailing list. Come by and see the room too!
Thanks Gloria. Glad the video helped.
