The Stampin' Up! Convention is one of my favorite events of the year! We are all in the frenzy and fun of it all right now – swapping cards, getting great ideas at classes, learning about all the wonderful new things to come, ogling over the new Holiday Catalog (yep! we have it in our hands!), getting entertained and spoiled, celebrating, and spending time with friends old and new!!
Here are some pics from Wednesday's flight out through tonight's awards ceremony. I'm not writing much, because I'm tired and need to get some sleep, but I wanted to share pics anyways. We are all having so much fun!!
Wed., July 22…
Sat with Terri Gaines on the flight out.
Explored the area around the Convention Center with Terri Phelps (my roommate),…
…Sandy Stellenberg, and Cheryl Lee.
Took some fun photos inside the Convention Center.
Participated in a Shoebox Swap with Linda Larson and Vicki Bibeau.
Had our annual group dinner at Squatter's restaurant. FUN!!
Our group!!

So glad we were able to spend this fun dinner together. Here are those in my Stampers With Art team with me here in Salt Lake.
Thurs., July 23…
Lots of demonstrators were swapping their cards during Bag Pickup.
Saw several "long-distance" friends, but only got pics with a few of them. Here I am with my sweet friend, Cheryl Campbell.
This is my 4th level upline, Denise Waddell. Such a fun gal!
General Session with Sara Douglass kicked off Convention.
Sara Rhodes, my business development advisor shared with me her beautiful creations for the Paper Pumpkin display. Great job, Sara!
Met Justin Knutson, Lauren Cook, and Lindsey Hortin – Stampin' Up! employees who work in the Paper Pumpkin department!! (I was so excited!)
Hung out with Richard, Devlin and Cori in my afternoon classes. It was a very full class, and we started out on the floor which I thought was super comfortable. We DID eventually get some chairs. LOL
Then it was "rush, rush." We took off to get dressed for the Roaring 20's themed Awards Night. Got a quick bite to eat and hopped in the bike taxi for a ride to the Convention Center.
Here is most of our group all dolled up and ready for fun.
Brenda Cardinal and Susan Campfield (my upline) looked so adorable!
Sara Douglass kicked off Awards Night. Everyone was dressed in such fantastic outfits.
And then!…I was totally taken off guard. I found out I made Founder's Circle! I'm still pinching myself as I write this!!
AND…my upline Susan got it, too!
Here I am with Susan and Selene Kempton. We are feeling pretty blessed.
Then at the After Party, I met up with my sweet friend, Julie Davison who also got Founder's.
The decor, food and music was spectacular.
Olive Garden for food and drinks was the perfect way to end the night. I love these friends of mine!…
Gloria, Brenda, Tim, Richard, Devlin,…
…Sandy, Cheryl, Carol, Terri, Linda and me.
Now to try to get a few hours of sleep.
Wahoo! Congratulations on achieving Founders Circle!
Thank you, Susan. You are sweet!
