We had a great time at our Project Life® by Stampin' Up!® class on Saturday. The gals that attended were pretty pleased with what they accomplished, too. Julie worked on her almost 20-year-old wedding photos. She is hoping to surprise her husband with a completed album soon.

Everyone brought 40-60 photos from home, chose their coordinating kits ahead of time, and arrived in "productivity mode." Margo worked on trip photos. She used the Little Moments kit because of the colors. Though this kit was created with a baby theme in mind, the cards are all double-sided and most of them have a more neutral design on at least one of the sides. So this kit CAN be used for non-baby related albums.

Tips and ideas were shared by everyone. Denise (left) worked on her daughter's trip photos. It was a challenge at first since Bailey wasn't at class with us to tell her mom which order the photos should be in. But Denise soon settled in and just went for it. JoAnne (right) worked on a Disney World Trip album. One of the challenges was trying to keep horizontal photos with vertical ones and not get out of chronological order. We figured out a few tricks, though.

And though some got further than others, we all walked away knowing we would want to come back for more classes and work time. Stephanie was Ms. Speedy and impressed us all with how quickly she worked. (She wasn't as chatty as the rest of us, though. That probably helped a bit.)

Stephanie cranked out several "initial-stage" pages. We are excited to see the next level in our Project Life pages when we add embellishments and journaling.

Christine was super excited to get her daughter, Natalie's baby album started. She's definitely looking forward to more "mom-away-from-home" opportunities for finishing.

It was fun to see all the albums that were being put together – vacations, weddings and baby pics. And knowing with just a few more class times that there will be several finished albums was very exciting. The process of memory keeping with Project Life products is a fun one to watch. I had my own success with my wedding album last month. So I know "first hand" that these gals WILL get these albums done soon.

We are all hoping to do more Project Life work sessions and would love to have you join us! If you live locally (near Andover, Minnesota) and would like to take part in a series of Project Life classes, please contact me soon. If we have enough interested, we can form a "club" and rotate who gets hostess benefits each time we meet.
