Here is a simple card to make using the Just Sayin' Stamp Set (there is a wood-mount version and a clear-mount version of this stamp set) and the Word Bubbles Framelits (which are part of the August Big Shot special).
My stampers made this card at the June Card Café event, so there IS one tool that is no longer available: the small circle punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack. (The other products used to make this card are current and are listed at the bottom of this post.) If you wanted to duplicate this card and you don't have that punch, any small circle punch or the 1/2" Circle Punch would give you similar results. I used the punch with the glimmer paper and on this Tangerine Tango card added the circles along the right edge underneath the layer of black card stock.

My Card Café attendees were able to choose colors and word images. Here are two more versions of this same card. The blue candy dot embellishment is used in a fun way – on the question mark. I added the glimmer circles as if they were bubbles floating from the bottom right to the upper left on this Pacific Point version of the card.
On the Melon Mambo version of the card, I have the glimmer circles barely peeking out behind the thought bubble.
