Chevron Mini Album

Here's a fun "take" on the Celebrations Kit and coordinating Add-On Kits…

…a Chevron-shaped Mini Album!

Here are the kits I used:

The Celebrations Basics Kit #133007 for $14.95.

The Bermuda Bay Celebration Add-On Kit #133432 for $9.95

(Stampin' Up! also has the Calypso Coral Celebration Add-On Kit #133431 for $9.95.
This album could be made using either add-on kit.) 

I also used a few other supplies to make my completed album. It may seem like a lot of extra supplies, but you could substitute or omit. For example, there will be scraps of white card stock that you can use from the add-on kit. The embossing folder, magnetic platform, and border punches are nice to have but not necessary. And remember…I always show a stamp set in both wood and clear even though you will only need one of the two kinds.

The ABC-123 Sketch Alphabet And Numbers Stamp Set is no longer available, but any alphabet stamp images about 1/2" tall would work. Our new Back to Basics Alphabet might be a good substitute. To punch the holes for the twine, I used a Crop-O-Dile.

The banner pieces from the kit became the base shape of the pages. I used one of them as a template to create more pages with our Basic Gray card stock.
