My littlest is growing WAY too fast!
No more "rubber band wrists", pudgy cheeks, toothless smiles, baby squeals, etc,
Luke is 7 today!
It's his 'golden birthday.'
Thank goodness he hasn't outgrown snuggles yet! (Here he is with Grandma Tessman, my mom.)
And I guess there are more toothless grins to come. Luke just lost his first tooth this January 28th.
I {heart} U, Lukey! Have a FABULOUS birthday weekend!
The card that I am posting today is perfect for the occasion and it makes a great Valentine card. (Thank you, Jill Franchett for sharing your card idea so I could CASE it and use it at my Hearts & Valentines Stamp-A-Stack event.)
Jill used the Chevron Embossing Folder and the Hearts Collection Framelits with Real Red card stock. I changed those things up a bit and used the new Arrows Embossing Folder from the Occasions catalog and our Small Heart Punch with the Red Glimmer Paper.
It's a fairly quick card to make, too! Emboss, die-cut, punch and assemble. Chris, one of my class attendees, changed her card up a bit and die-cut the number 4, so her card would say 4U. She will be able to use it for almost any occasion now. Smart girl!
Have a fabulous, February 7th everyone!
