These are my favorite tags that we made at the Gift Tags retreat class. They are so pretty many of the class attendees decided they would rather use them as ornaments. I don't blame them. Not sure if I'd want them attached to a gift only to see them get trashed with the rest of the gift wrappings.

On the other hand, they are very easy to make. So you could really make a bunch and put some on the tree and the rest on gifts.

I stamped each snowflake from the Festive Flurry stamp set onto Shimmery White card stock – 2 using "Second Generation or Stamped Off" Sahara Sand ink and 2 using Soft Sky ink. I die-cut each one with the coordinating framelits. Then I die-cut Silver Glimmer paper with each framelit, matched them with the stamped snowflakes, and attached them together with Candy Dot Brad Bases. I placed a pearl in the center of each brad base, punched holes in each tag, tied on some Whisper White Baker's Twine, and…

…covered the brad prongs on the back with punched out card stock circles.

If you were going to use these as tags, this is where you would write your "to and from." If you were going to use these as ornaments, a photo of a loved one would be perfect inside the circle!

So if you didn't own this stamp set with matching framelits, I bet you are really contemplating getting them now. šŸ˜‰ Remember to find these products and the others listed below in the supplies, click Shop Now at the top left of my blog. Shop anytime – day or night, 24/7.
