Nicholas is 8! Eight, eight, eight is great!
He had a slumber party last night – we had 6 extra boys (and 3 girls until 10 PM) in the house and survived! The only room big enough to have them all "slumber" in was my Stampin' Studio (classroom area). So during the last couple days we cleared everything out to make way for all the 5-8 year-olds that would be spending the night. Here's Nick's brother, Luke – super excited for the fun to begin.
We had hotdogs and corndogs for supper. Then we played baseball, kickball and kick the can outside (in an attempt to get them to sleep at a decent time). After Daddy got them tired out a bit, they came in for cupcakes,…
…ice cream and presents. And before bedtime we watched The Sandlot.
It was a fun party and no one got homesick. 🙂 Yea! Success.
