It's been rainy here in Minnesota (and cold again!), so I decided that this card was VERY appropriate for today's post. We've definitely needed some rain here and it's helped with those that have pollen allergies, so it's a good thing. Not complaining.
I love the stamp images in this set.
This adorable stamp set, Rain or Shine won't be available for long. It's in the Spring Catalog and shown here below. I love the flexibility of the images. They can be put together in so many ways and for various occasions. Definitely a keeper.
Rain or Shine stamp set (wood-mount or clear-mount)
Sponging the edges of the Whisper White card stock adds dimension and color. The little yellow ribbon is attached simply with a glue dot to give the illusion that it's tied to the umbrella handle.
Did you also notice that the clouds are a bit lighter in color than the blue card stock they are embossed into? That is because this card stock is from our Core'dinations collection, and Core'dinations card stock is only dyed on the surface so the core of the card stock stays white (or at least lighter). When you tear or sand this card stock to reveal the core, you get a lighter color. Fun stuff!
